Last week, the edge newspaper published an interesting article on MAS Union election draws record nominations that caught our eyes and special attention. We probed into this allegation attributed by NUFAM to the EDGE on what it seems a demonstration of the unhappiness among MAS cabin crew have caused them joined NUFAM.

We have strong basis this is an understated statement from NUFAM leader a.k.a. The Troublemakers/The Lipas Man (Ismail Nasarudin) who hides under the table whenever spearheading a public statement. However, what it seems really nowadays the spearhead of NUFAM have no names when making public statement. Now that’s the argument of incognito in the making of public statement.

A phone call to clarify the names of NUFAM spearhead was made to its mini-office but to no avail as the line went straight to voice mail all the times; pretty similar to a con-job depiction.

Another article published by the Edge much earlier here – MAS Union Heads Seek Re-election legibly concurring the non-fictional narrative of what seems to be the unhappiness of MAS workers including its cabin crew, pilot and ground workers.

The origin of MAS workers being unhappy about is legibly backed by the mismanagement of Ahmad Jauhari who keeps axing MAS routes for Tony Fernandez of AirAsia to grab a larger segment of market distribution leaving a smaller portion of market for MAS to survive. In this pandemonium, it is natural for MAS workers who are most affected by such trimming of MAS flight frequencies.

MASEU along with other 7 Unions and Associations have been the biggest stumbling block for Tony Fernandez carrying out his heist inside Malaysia Airlines. In what it seems NUFAM is working hand-in-hand with those MAS workers who are easily bought over with lots of non-written assurances by Tony Fernandez specially a higher overtime for the ground workers if the new incumbents working for Tony Fernandez successfully win in the Union Election. What this group didn’t know is the productivity clause for AirAsia will apply for MAS ground workers where RM900 will be deducted if one-day leave is taken. Our resources informed us the one-day leave could be included the annual leave entitlement.

Simultaneously the group under Tony Fernandez has this CEO and managing director for Malaysia Airlines now forming alliance with his subordinates Zahrah Zaid and Azahari Dahlan cooking plans behind the MAS Union’s election process. The alliance has grown larger with a few of MASEU former Executive Councils (1 + 3) involving in the same plans to rid off the union leaders – Alias Aziz and Ab Malek Areff who bravely had Tony Fernandez (AirAsia) expelled from Malaysia Airlines.

We had a phone interviewed with Mr. Ab Malek Areff of his opinions on Tony Fernandez and he replied if he is the government of Malaysia, he would expel Tony Fernandez out of Malaysia because Tony Fernandez does not abide by nor respect the country laws.

Now we really curious about how the Government of Malaysia taking this with Tony Fernandez? Why is Tony Fernandez giving the freedom to conduct all acts above the land laws?

The ring leader has formed this alliance grouping MAS CEO/Managing Director Ahmad Jauhari, Zahrah Zaid and Azahari Dahlan to challenge the present MAS Union leaders Alias Aziz and Ab Malek Areff in a big way to terminate 5000 MAS workers after the union election is over. On the separate issue, MAS cabin crew will be on a sharing room basis if the two strong leaders have been successfully ousted.

Our phone interview with Mr. Ab Malek Areff included the subject of MAS being a commercial airlines may be placing its cabin crew on a sharing room basis similar to AirAsia practice and that if it really happened, MAS will be the first premium airline in the world to downgrade its premium workers’ benefits.

Mr. Ab Malek Areff replied he and Mr. Alias Aziz  are in no way to permit MAS cabin crew to share room in overseas.

On a separate ground work, we have gather information on the group under Tony Fernandez of whom will be stealing votes from MAS workers by distorting facts and tarnishing the reputation of the credible leaders in MASEU that fought tirelessly for the cancellation of share-swap which had Tony Fernandez ousted from Malaysia Airlines.

Our reliable resources informed us which NUFAM supposedly is having its re-election affair however has been postponed indefinitely after the Lipas Man is informed of his own peers will be overthrowing him out of NUFAM in the upcoming NUFAM election.

From our centre of intelligence, NUFAM will be ca-hooting with AMALAE while AMALAE will be ca-hooting with MATA come together defeating MAS Unions putting together efforts (NUFAM. AMALAE & MATA) to bring back Tony Fernandez into Malaysia Airlines. Whilst PKR’s followers are conquering MATA, Tony Fernandez is said will be conquering NUFAM and AMALAE.

We have received confirmation NUFAM is officially formed by Mukhriz through Maznah Mazlan to change a new Government boycotting present Prime Minister of Malaysia wielding the opposition party as the instrumental measures to collapse the present Prime Minister in the next GE-13 election.

Compared to Malaysian Government, the ruling party who backs Malaysia Airlines with 20,000 sustainable jobs, Tony Fernandez is not a hero as claiming by many. In reality, Tony Fernandez creates agonies and suffering among his co-workers who’ve worked for him.

The recent information we received which is because of Tony Fernandez that bloggers are now become available providing information on AirAsia’s fraud and scam that many tourists included our own Malaysian travelers have encountered with the fraudulent practice as adopted by Tony Fernandez for AirAsia making everyone defenseless and duped.

Let’s us introduce who is MATA – Malaysia Airlines Technicians Associations. It is an organization for MAS Technicians workers but in collaborating with PKR group to overthrow MAS Unions that is supporting the Malaysian Prime Minister.

Previously, MAFAA failed to deliver its promise to represent a portion of MAS workers owing to the fact Ismail Lipas has been enjoying the fund for  his personal consumption for almost a decade until the association run dried with all members stopping the payment.

We’ve found out AMALAE – Association of Malaysia Airlines License Aircraft Engineers has suffered the same fate as MAFAA.  During the share swap period, an association was formed in conjunction to this political moves planned by Tony Feranndez. It is MATA – Malaysia Airlines Technician Association that has established by a group of PKR’s followers.

This forming of another association can go on and on and on until MAS workers themselves have woke up from this bolih-dreamland where Tony Fernandez will play a bigger roles helping BABI to rise to the throne.  It is Tony Fernandez’s greed that has grown deep and now Tony Fernandez is collaborating with PKR and BABI to overthrow the ruling party.

Malaysiaairlinesfamilies says this is an organized crime of Tony Fernandez. A criminal who has been given the license to KILL workers in Malaysia.

The authority should have investigated on the formation of such associations; MAFAA, AMALAE and MATA. These frustrated PKR followers are now joint venture to topple the UMNO followers in Malaysia Airlines.

Tony Fernandez sure gave us the impression that he’s got a dong the size of his arm and able to outlast the “kelipatan orgasme” (by the way, thats an Indonesian terminology) of several partners.

Unfortunately, he disappointed Malaysia when he acknowledged to VIVANews Indonesia that he has a problem of “lemahnya penetrasi” (weak penetration) [read it here.].

Tony F attempt to solve penetration problem by “embracing” Batavia Air

He immediately addressed his “masaalah penetrasi” (penetration problem) by announcing the takeover of Batavia Air at the end of July. The Asian Edition of the Wall Street Journal here reported:

AirAsia will buy a 49% stake in closely held Batavia Air, while AirAsia’s local partner, PT Fersindo Nusaperkasa, will purchase the remaining 51%, with both deals totaling about $80 million. Foreign companies are only allowed to own as much as 49% of an Indonesian airline. Batavia Air is one of the largest airlines in Indonesia, with an 11% market share for domestic flights.

In Malaysia, Air Asia issued a statement and Sin Chew here reported the Bernama report as a 76% takeover. Read below:

… AirAsia Investment Ltd (of Indonesia), has signed an agreement with its partner, PT Fersindo Nusaperkasa, to acquire PT Metro Batavia, which operates Batavia Air and Aero Flyer Institute (AFI), an aviation training school.

The tripartite agreement was signed in Jakarta today between AAB, Fersindo and Metro Batavia.

The acquisition of 100 per cent interests in Metro Batavia by AAB and Fersindo will be executed in two stages, through acquisition of a majority 76.95 per cent stake and subsequently followed by the remaining 23.05 per cent held by its existing shareholders.

Air Asia has only 8 planes for the domestic Indonesian market and the acquisition increase the combined capacity “to fly to over 14 million passengers and serve 42 Indonesian and 12 international destinations.”

But still, Batavia is a smallish Airline in the highly competitive Indonesian market dominated by Garuda and it’s LCC, Citilink with a combines market share of 27% and it’s leading LCC, Lion Air with 51% market share the Indonesian market share.

The new airline could solve issues faced by Lion Air and the KLIA2 problem created by Tony F’s cockiness and arrogance.  Looks like Lim Guan Eng got his cockiness and arrogance from Tony Fernandez.

There will be traffic going to the KLIA he planned to sabotage. If Malaysia Airport can deliver and at the same time promote themselves in the competitive regional airport market, more Airlines will take a look at Sepang.

With all these assistance to Government, he will move lower than Malindo in the take-off pecking order.

Tony Fernandez also realised he has gone overboard with his boasting to the highly nationalistic Indonesian as he spin Malindo’s entry will eased invasion of Malaysia. [Read Detiknews here].

Lion Air can bring air traffic to KLIA and it will have a secondary benefit to MAS and also Air Asia.

In today’s aviation where connectivity is of strategic importance, MAS and Lion Air has that advantage. MAS will be a member of OneWorld and has 60 code-sharing arrangements.

Lion Air with their Boeings has medium and long haul routes and planned for digital connectivity.

On this, Air Asia failed to score. They have no connectivity.

This news and Tony Fernandez’s overweight problem also made his shaft shortened. He now realised that he was given a lesson by Malaysia Airport and the Government as in who is the boss now back home.

The yearly revenue AirAsia-Malaysia has been making is only RM4 billions (USD1.2 billions) and the accumulative debts is currently estimated at RM57 billions (USD19 billions).

Tony Fernandez will need 19 years to repay back his loan to CIMB and clear all debts, thus the collaboration with MAS.

Anyway he had his fun with Branson and his zany lifestyle.

To live in Indonesia, he needs to brush up on his Bahasa Indonesia. When you say needs in Bahasa Indonesia, don’t say “perlu” like inBahasa Malaysia. The Indonesian might look at him and say, “butoh!

PETALING JAYA: AirAsia Bhd‘s share price predictably took a beating yesterday, shedding 17 sen to close at RM3.02 following the formation of a new low-cost carrier (LCC) Malindo Airways which will start operation by next May.

The stock was also the second most active counter with 42.7 million shares changing hands yesterday.

Malindo Airways was formed by National Aerospace and Defence Industries Sdn Bhd (Nadi) and Lion Air’s owner PT Lion Group.

Under the deal, Nadi will take a 51% equity stake in Malindo and PT Lion the remaining 49%.

It was reported that Malindo would operate from its transit hub at the soon-to-be-completed KLIA2 and initially ply major routes between Malaysia and Indonesia. It also wanted a slice of the domestic market, including flights to Sabah and Sarawak.

Malindo also planned to fly regional routes within the four-hour radius from KLIA2 to cities such as Manila, Bangkok and Hanoi.

OSK Research said with only 12 operational aircraft in the start-up phase next year, it didn’t see this as an immediate threat to AirAsia andMalaysia Airlines.

“However, as Malindo’s scale of operations grows, this could further intensify competition and put downward pressure on yields across the board as the airline intends to price fares as low as those of AirAsia,” it said in a report that maintained buy calls on AirAsia, MAS and Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB).

The report said Malindo had an added advantage in its cost structure, as its new generation Boeing B737-900s had a comparably higher seat capacity of 220 seats compared with AirAsia’s 180 seats.

“Furthermore, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services will be done by Nadi subsidiary Airod. The key beneficiary to the JV set up is MAHB, as KLIA2 and KKIA will be its operating hubs in Malaysia.

“Nonetheless, competition is good for consumers, thus further stimulating the demand for low-cost travel,” it said.

Meanwhile, MIDF Research believed that it was too early to conclude whether the establishment of Malindo Airways would pose a serious threat to AirAsia.

“The premium LCC concept has yet to prove that it is sustainable in the long-term. For the foreseeable future, we expect that AirAsia will focus more on the booming Indonesian market instead of the already saturated Malaysian market,” it said. While there may be knee-jerk reaction to the news, the research house said AirAsia’s growth remained intact given its continual efforts to strengthen its footprint in other Asian countries.
