Is Tony Fernandez on drugs? Yes, we believe he is for he already admitted publicly here. To become the staff working for AirAsia, they must adapt to the TYRANNY working environment created by Tony Fernandez, the son of Mother Fucker that would be NEVER do COMPLAIN or YOU’LL BE SACKED. This was what Tony Fernandez had been trying to introduce into Malaysia Airlines forcing MAS workers to resign from Malaysia Airlines and re-join the NewCO with fresh terms and conditions similar to AirAsia inferior working terms and conditions.
The cancellation of share-swap between Khazanah and Tune Air Group is the wisest step taken by MAS unions and associations and the Malaysia Prime Minister. Here is Tony Fernandez’s confession……….
Really? Tony Fernandez falsely claimed he was helpless as he was in trying to save the eight-month share swap deal (between Khazanah and Tune Air Group). Trying to save it or ROB IT really? Guesses he must have seen the fat cash flow in MAS that he couldn’t resist departing from it!
Come-on FAT Tony Fernandez, stop lying to the press and tell them you were plotting MAS Heist attempted at stealing all MAS assets for AirAsia to increase AirAsia’s group earnings.
Tony Fernandez can’t EVEN pay his downpayment for his extraordinary larger order of Airbus aircrafts that he ordered in Paris last year.
Do you think Malaysians are that stupid and easily conned by you? Think again YOU STUPID FERNANDEZ.
Here’s Tony Fernandez’s crocodile tears act…………..
It is true that the Malaysia Prime Minister did ask Tony the Bastard to FIX MAS but never asked him to LOOT all MAS properties for AirAsia. That was what he did to MAS workers after he become the board of director of MAS.
Hey asshole TONY MF Fernandez, stopping the companies from competition is called ANTI-TRUST violation………you………I D I O T.……..
Looks like Tony Fernandez is under educated of Anti-Trust Law and Malaysia Anti-Competition Act. Truly he is an idiot.
There you go people………the truth is finally spoken out loud to the public as posted here since last year.
Statement by Tony Fernandez to MAS Workers:
“We are very against the merger. We think shareholder and employees’ value would be destroyed. What I see in SIA is making a very big mistake, Long Haul, Short Haul and premium airlines. If you look at our history, we started Air Asia and years later with Air Asia X. We also talked about whether we merge it or keep it separate. In fact, we separated them completely. The best scenario to raise capital and finance the game is to focus and less complexity. If you put AAX and AA and MAS there, it will be a terrific recipe and in the end, it will bear result.
In terms of revising lots of routes – whereas people would like to fly MAS to LHR etcetera but we never interlined. We never collaborate at that end and we keep it separate and keeping our measurement voice focus on doing the job, it becomes easier. So the only way we could do this so that not one shareholder from the other is benefiting. So let’s do the shares swap! If we don’t do the shares swap, there will a merger. By doing the shares swap, the economic interest is aligned in terms of both parties benefited. If MAS does well, AA does well and so are both the shareholders. So that’s the idea. So we the shareholders are very against the merger and we think that will be wrong. Airlines are very destroyed of its capital because of doing so many things not using the equity wisely.
Before the collaboration, we were competing. Obviously, we were the ambitious LCC but we were thinking about doing full service carrier and if we keep competing with each other, we both end up losing money.
The collaboration is where we can cost save and buying things together and collaborating in certain areas in terms of interlining etcetera. And we can focus on our specialty, which are 5 star and 3 star.”
What more evidence do we need to know about Tony Fernandez? He already admitted both airlines would end up losing money if the competition continues. Competition is a form of a healthy challenging business strategy and it’s totally benefiting the public where more choices are made available for the public. Choices includes operator provides safer aircraft operations for the consumer and reliable and on time departure services unlike AirAsia where flights are always delayed and retimed. The only flight that cannot be delayed as instructed by Tony Fernandez is the flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur.
To stop the competition between Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia and Firefly is the priority set by Tony Fernandez when he came into MAS under the pretext of saving MAS but was actually saving AirAsia from sinking further caused by painful competition with Firefly. As he was utilizing MAS fund to invest in QPR, we believe he could’ve also utilized MAS fund bought over the British Premier Football Club for himself.
Just like the former MAS Chairman who bought expensive painting for RM1 million per piece at the expense of Malaysia Airlines.
If really Tony Fernandez has bought QPR club, he must’ve utilized the fund from MAS and could’ve transfer the ownership to himself secretly before he resigned from MAS as board of directors. We believe the people of Malaysian tax payers have been robbed by Tony Fernandez in this broad daylight robbery whilst under our noses!!!
The animosity MAS employees had for AirAsia was even greater when STUPID FERNANDEZ gave instruction to break up the 8 unions and associations in tyrannizing the bilateral and legal documents that MAS signed with 8 unions and associations – GUAMs.
We say WELL DONE MAS unions and associations. Thank you for preserving the original identity of Malaysia Airlines from destroying further by Tony Fernandez and his AirAsia failing strategies.
Despite the wrong-doings done by Tony Fernandez plotting heist in MAS when he was one the board of directors for MAS and AirAsia; the Corporate Governance Asia has awarded Tony Fernandez as the best CEO for Investor Relations – Mid Cap at the Inaugural Malaysia Investor Relations Awards Ceremony earlier on this year.
Both awards were presented by Datuk Ranjit Ajit Singh, Chairman of the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), witnessed by Chairman of Bursa Malaysia and CEO of Bursa Malaysia, Dato’ Tajuddin Atan.
This is really a joke for all Malaysians especially those who know Tony Fernandez is an asshole who contributes to nothing but a massive loss of RM2.52 billions for Malaysia Airlines.
Stay tune to Malaysiaairlinesfamilies!
