Today, we’re gonna dedicate this article to MAS cabin crew who are in the dark of the swimming hidden agendas by a group of MAS cabin crew who’d formed MAFAA with Registrar of Society – Malaysia Airlines Flight Attendant Association; who latter formed NUFAM – National Union Flight Attendant Malaysia after 10 years of failure in obtaining the recognition from Malaysia Airlines to represent MAS cabin crew following the instruction given by Tony Fernandez to control MAS workers from the inside.
Stated by MAFAA, it was the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Putrajaya Registrar of Societies that approved MAFAA on 24th July 2002.
The Malaysia government should be probing into the Director General of Registrar of Societies for having approved an association like MAFAA allowing them be freely collecting monies among MAS workers to cover their personal expenses. If that is easy case, then a lot of people will use Association to laundry money through Malaysia.
Our investigations disclose NUFAM is formed because of the downfall of MAFAA representatives garnering the unity from MAS cabin crew over the past 10 years. MAS cabin crew who were members of MAFAA have stopped paying their monthly dues to MAFAA over their long disappointment with MAFAA for merely talking the walk but never walk their talk.
We were well informed that MAFAA has proven their long disappointment in talking for almost 10 years inside Malaysia Airlines. We are in the opinion they are a bunch of lazy cabin crew who thought nobody would figure out their wrong doings in cheating the cabin crew of their monthly personal income.
Malaysiaairlinesfamilies suggested that MAS cabin crew who are members of MAFAA should consult their legal counterpart and group together to file a lawsuit against MAFAA for lies and cheats for over a decade.
The realities is that Malaysia Police has already started probing into MAFAA for having misused its membership’s fund which they collected from those gullible cabin crew after a report was initiated by an anonymous over the embezzlement of fund by MAFAA’s President.
We believe it’s the President who is also the founder of MAFAA and NUFAM that has been misused MAFAA funds to clear off his personal debts where he apparently is living in luxury lifestyle driving luxury car. Comparing to those MAS cabin crew who have been contributing their monthly hard-earned income to the President; are merely driving a non-luxury local made car. What some gullible MAS cabin crew didn’t know is that they have been contributing their personal income to supplement Ismail Nasarudin high maintenance lifestyle. Accordingly to ex-MAFAA members, Ismail Nasarudin had done nothing but merely preaching lies about others and he’s good at stealing others’ credits too. Be very careful who you’ll trust in MAFAA and NUFAM. They’re a bunch of liars and cheaters.
NUFAM and MAFAA are of the same group of MAS cabin crew who’re using underground politics to achieve their hidden agendas.
Without realizing this, the hidden agenda for MAFAA going on their aggressive recruitment was to use the newly NUFAM platform collecting monies from MAS cabin crew to sustain the President’s luxury flamboyant lifestyle and his high maintenance lifestyle via MAFAA’s fund.
The founder of MAFAA has been bullshitting to the Malaysian government over the intention of forming NUFAM that is to take care of MAS cabin crew employment security in which they claimed is not taken care by the in-house union i.e. MASEU.
The other hidden agenda of NUFAM is to set precedent in outsourcing MAS cabin crew on a short-term employment basis without perks and benefits. This may be a very good idea for Government Linked Companies on its long-term cost saving measures, however, will only be applying to Malaysia Airlines in line with the submissive inferior terms and conditions that AirAsia has for its workers.
We believe such unfortunate practice would only be deteriorating the employment opportunity within Malaysia Airlines with its domino effect could be taking on a higher toll increasing the unemployment rates for the ruling party.
This is one very cunning strategy the stupid fellas are adopting with intention to knock down the ruling party.
In fact, we’ve unfolded the worms inside NUFAM of its aggressive recruitment drive in enrolling MAS cabin crew. We saw in the process that is actually to recruit MAS cabin crew back into MAFAA using intimidating and frightening tactics that without joining MAFAA, their welfare will not be taken care of.
This evidence is self-explanatory with regards to MAFAA representatives where Mr. Azmi in 2005 declared MAFAA’s revenue posted for that year was RM66,549. We believe its revenue was pocketed by the founder.
Paragraph two above is truly the statement of misleading information. Mr. Azmi said MAFAA had 500 members in that year and their fees is RM15 per month as being informed by our readers. If we multiplied 500 members of MAFAA by RM15 per month, we would get RM7,500; multiply by 12 months for one whole calendar, we would see RM90,000.
What’d happened to the remaining of RM23,451? The posted revenue should be RM90,000 but it was less than that figure as we calculated.
Is our general calculator different from MAFAA’s super efficient calculators?
People…ooops MAS cabin crew, are you being robbed by MAFAA of your monthly contributions?
The YAYASAN MAFAA withdrew from MAFAA after the President kept utilizing its fund to pay off something that were not related at all. The funds allocated by the government for YAYASAN MAFAA as we know is not for paying MAFAA representatives’ debts.
Shame on MAFAA and NUFAM’s representatives for continuously lying and scamming MAS cabin crew for their personal benefits.
We will continue our stories on MAFAA and NUFAM and their relevancy to Tony Fernandez and his gangsters to revenge against MAS workers after Tony Fernandez was kicked out of Malaysia Airlines.
Stay tune to Malaysiaairlinesfamilies for Part II series!
We have come AFAR from becoming the Investigative Journalists blogging our extraordinary investigations to the world about Tony Fernandez and his AirAsia together with his recent failure of secret share swap deal with MAS. He deluded the Malaysia Prime Minister of the advantages in collaborating with Malaysia Airlines where the Prime Minister later discovered the deal was to bail out AirAsia by pirating Malaysia Airlines most profitable entity i.e. MAS MRO and Pilot Training Simulators for AirAsia group to increase AirAsia’s yearly revenue. This was admitted by Tony Fernandez in his recent statement to STAR Publication claiming there is no other hidden agenda but merely trying to make more money. Yes, it is very true Tony Fernandez is trying to make more money and he found that ‘MORE MONEY’ in Malaysia Airlines and so his treasure hunt for Malaysia Airlines funds started and henceforth plotted MAS heist with the help of Dr. Evil Kutty.
Dr. Evil Kutty hence ill-advised the Malaysia Prime Minister to allow the secret share swap deal be approved for AirAsia to prepare its invasion into Malaysia Airlines.
How Tony Fernandez failed miserably in his recent share swap deal between Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia?
The truth is Tony Fernandez did own Malaysia Airlines for only 8 months under the share swap deal until the secret deal was withdrawn by the Malaysia Prime Minister after the Prime Minister discovered Tony Fernandez’s SECRET strategy for bailing out AirAsia poor financial status as reported by GUAMs.
Once again, we’re reprinting this very interesting article from Another Brick in the Wall (ABITW). Please enjoy reading this informative article about Tony Fernandez’s publicity stunts after he failed securing MAS & AirAsia Share Swap deal.
When Tony Fernandez said he is ‘glad’ after Malaysia Airlines deal failed, it was a face saving remark. Of late, he has been talking too much and creating fanfare to save face and detour attention on his problems.
At least he did not say thing like being maligned and vilified in the blogosphere and ask the Board of Directors to affirm he is not a skunk. That is for pampered cry baby Gen Y CEO wannabees (Danny Johnny Fernandez) who claimed himself as an aviation specialist and expert. Tony Fernandez is made of harder stuff.
Let Tony Fernandez pass the business to Jakarta. See whether he will get the kind of service he gets with MAS and MAB. If he doesn’t pay up, pray the Indonesian don’t cut his ears off.
He was reported by Reuter here saying, “I’m just trying to make more money. There is no hidden agenda.”
What a greedy pig he is. There should not be any sympathy if he goes around like Van Gogh.
Fell for his fanfare
Tony Fernandez is just being himself.
The stupid thing is why did some fell for his tricks and treachery to sacrifice the national airline. It is really stupid to attempt the CCF deal with a known low life character. How could anyone missed that?
Before looking at the numbers and all, an important step in dealmaking is knowing the personality. Can you trust the person? Do they have any sense of honour?
Even thieves have honour and code.
Malaysiaairlinesfamilies added even PIRATES have pride and dignity. If you failed, surrender your epaulette and retreat from the pirates’ world. However, Tony Fernandez has thicker skin than we thought.
More foolish is the revelation that all the Air Asia people that joined MAS have and will return back to Air Asia.
From Idris Jala to AJ, can’t they see that?
Why would they leave an Airline they are convince is where the growth is to go to a highly debted, losing profitability and lost its premium shine, MAS?
Tony Fernandez have been talking of Jakarta for many years. Indonesian market is the growth of tomorrow.
Yet when in MAS, Danny gave the Bandung route to Tony Fernandez. Is the Board of Directors so sure of his honesty and integrity?
Moving or not to Jakarta
Again, don’t fall for Tony Fernandez’s Jakarta talk.
It is obvious he tries to replicate Malaysian operational success abroad. At the moment, he dare not say he moved his headquarter. He still depend on the Malaysian market and would jump should it be open up soon.
But he is talking big as though he could grow profit by five-fold abroad. Can he get the same preferential treatment and political clout in Malaysia as he gets abroad partnering with former political despots? [Read The Star today here]
So he claimed Air Asia will only establish an AirAsia Asean office. Its role will be similar to the Dublin office of RyanAir as strategic planning office for Europe. Sure, is Ryan Air headquarter in Dublin too?
They made a big fanfare out of the announcement of Air Asia’s new young lady CEO, Aireen Omar for Malaysian Operations.
But it’s too soon to say hurrah for women’s liberation, Kak Ena.
Not from a man who used his stewardess as sex object like Sir Richard Branson used his Virgin ladies. See You Tube above of Air Asia advert.
It is only a fanfare. Just like the move to Jakarta. Read The Edge report below:
AirAsia Malaysia’s HQ not moving to Jakarta, says Fernandes
Written by Surin Murugiah
Wednesday, 13 June 2012 13:32
KUALA LUMPUR (June 13): AIRASIA BHD ’s group chief executive officer Tan Sri Tony Fernandes reiterated that AirAsia Malaysia’s headquarters was not moving to Jakarta.
He said the low cost carrier (LCC) was committed to upholding its “Now Everyone Can Fly” pledge to Malaysians that.
In a statement Wednesday, Fernandes said the establishment of the AirAsia Asean office in Jakarta as the LCC’s regional base was to help to more fully deliver on that pledge to all the people of Asean and beyond.
He said that shifting AirAsia’s emphasis to a regional strategy was not just good business, but also a move that will keep the LCC ahead of the inevitable competition that is heading its way.
“But while others focus largely on trying to gain market share in domestic markets, we seek to expand our footprint throughout the region.
“After all, no single domestic market in Asean, not even Indonesia, can match the potential of a regional Asean market of 600 million people and a combined East Asian market of 2 billion,” he said.
He said AirAsia Asean would serve as the “nerve centre” of the LCC’s regional expansion.
He said it would operate very much like how the Ryanair office in Dublin, Ireland, serves as the strategic planning centre of Europe’s largest LCC.
“AirAsia Asean will also help us to ensure that our voice, our concerns and our appeals are heard much more clearly in the corridors of power within ASEAN,” he said.
Fernandes said that one of the reasons for locating the office in Jakarta was to help AirAsia engage more closely with the Asean Secretariat, which was headquartered in Indonesia’s capital city.
“Locating our regional base in Jakarta is also likely to have the beneficial effect of helping raise the profile and branding of AirAsia Indonesia, which is heading for a listing on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by the end of the year,” he said.
Indons ain’t stupid
Ignore all the cock and bull story of Jakarta as Asean Secretariat for Tony to ready for Open Sky 2015 and the potential of Asean.
There are about 20 LCCs competing in Indonesia. The Indonesians are spoilt with choices and not to be easily bullied as the Malaysian customers by it’s one and only LCC.
Even that is not for long with a law allowing Airline not on time to be sued.
The only way way AirAsia Indonesia can increase passenger load is to stop the long list of hidden costs and surcharges which totals up to the same price as Garuda ticket but without the inconvenience and long wait.
Associate company, PT Indonesia AirAsia was founded in 1999 as Awair and was then 40% owned by former President Abdul Rahman Wahid before he relinquished it.
It became an associate when Air Asia took over 49% in 2004. It changed name to Air Asia Indonesia on December 1, 2005. Air Asia Indonesia has currently a fleet of 17 A320s and by the look, it is struggling to get listed.
Initially, it was planned for fourth quarter 2011. The company had appointed CIMB Securities Indonesia and Credit Suisse Securities Indonesia as joint-lead underwriters for the 20 percent IPO.
Tony Fernandez announced for third and fourth quarter 2012. The Reuters Monday here reported Tony have moved it again to first quarter 2013. He claimed time was slotted for listing of Air Asia-X but he has been on a wait and see. Many scheduled IPO have been shelved.
There is a big headache for Tony Fernandez. Air Asia started operations in 2001 and get listed in 2007.
Only Gus Dur is known. The other Indonesian partner is not but could be powerful too. They may have waited long enough on Tony Fernandez’s promise to list.
On March 23rd here, ABITW wrote of the potential problem of Air Asia and the Air Asia Thai listing delay. That problem look solved. Thanks to Thaksin’s sister, Yingluck being Prime Minister.
Air Asia Thai was listed on May 31st. Read The Sundaily news report here.
According to The Edge report here, Air Asia need to list off both it’s Thai and Indonesian associate in order to bring its gearing to below 1 from 1.4. Still, the transfer of aircraft funding to the associate will only be gradual.
AirAsia placed a then record order with 75 Airbus advanced A320-200 planes worth USD18 billion for delivery 2016. Tony Fernandez boasted of ordering another USD4 billion deal to buy another 50 Airbus A320s. In addition, Tony was reported to have ordered 200 Airbus 320 Neo and the option of another 100 more.
He’s plan to sign five more joint-venture agreements with regional airlines within the next two years. Read Business Times here.
To IPO or not?
Tony is telling the Malaysian media as though the Indonesiaan are sitting still.
Indonesia’s leading LCC, Lion Air has a USD21.5 billion deal for 230 Boeings 737 to add to their existing fleet of 92. Their order book is 400 airplanes. Lion Air has 51% market share of Indonesiaan domestic market and ambitous target of 60% market share, which some see as implausible.Lion Air had to announce delay of their USD1 billion IPO flotation plan due to poor market condition and safety ban by EU.Aside from Garuda and Lion, there is also Singapore Tiger Airways’s Mandala and Pacific Royale to contend with.
One can see how edgy he is but he can’t show that in Malaysia. He carries an image of being on the ball and like Ferguson of Manchester United or Branson of Virgin have the upper-hand in the war of words.
Two major IPO for Singapore and Hong Kong has been recalled due to market volatility stemming from the European debt crisis. He can’t play acting on this.
Women CEO distraction
With Tony Fernandez and Kamarudin Meranun leaving for Jakarta, flagbearer Air Asia Malaysia will be under 38 year old Aireen Omar. The announcement of a young woman as CEO seems to distract media from the headache Tony is facing. She joined AirAsia in January 2006 as Director of Corporate Finance and is now Regional Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury. Before that, she studied Economics and Political Science from the London School of Economics (LSE) and holds a Masters in Economics from New York University (NYU).
Started out as an Associate with Deutsche Bank Securities Inc, New York in September 1997 till August 2000.
Returned to join Maybank Investment Bank as Assistant Vice-President from March 2001 to November 2003. In December 2003 she joined Bumiwerks Capital Management as Director until December 2005.
Maybank Investment Bank and Bumiwerk; birds of the same feather flocks together. The link to Tan Sri Nor Mohamad Yakcop and Dato Kalimullah Masyerullah Hassan remains.
More management change in MAS as CFO Rozman Omar is set to leave. So too is Head of Engineering, Azhari Mohd Dahlan. Both are likely to return to Air Asia.
It seems former MAS Datuk Bernard Francis is rejoining as Head of Commercial for Air Asia Indonesia. Make your own conclusion.
All Tony Fernandez need to do is take in Danny.
Now that Tony Fernandez’s cards are opened, he has a game playing with MAHB. Will he continue with it or leave it to Aireen to handle.
With his move to Jakarta and his big plans known, Malaysia Airport can’t afford to blink in the eyeball-to-eyeball head-on between Tan Sri Bashir and Tony Fernandez.
His move to Jakarta is not about getting away from the tense of operations at the headquarter and a relax environment to plan and monitor the competition with 20 other staff.
It’s about making Air Asia Indonesia grab the Indonesian market share. This time they do not have a Khairy and Zaki Zahid. Neither a Tun Abdullah.
Even if they do, the market is the determinant. They can’t yelll unfaoir and at the same time, get all the preferential treatments.
MAB know that with the failure of his Air Asia-X long haul model, tough global economy, rising competition, and made worse by his bad boy image within industry, they can call his bluff.
If only, there is no politicians and Khazanah interference.
But Tony Fernandez knows that Khazanah only extend Bashir’s contract by a year and looks likely, Khazanah is looking for someone to put there.
Tony Fernandez will want to put his man. Hope they are not talking of Danny still.
With respect to another Khazanah company, Malaysia Airlines, they should look at Indonesia too. For that matter, MAS must be able to see beyond the obvious before they go.
Does Khazanah roar have MAS interest at heart? And what is in their heart for Penerbangan Malaysia Berhad?
This article is specially dedicated to Danny Thick Skin a.k.a. Johnny Fernandez also Danny ITCHY Dan. The source from : Another Brick in the wall.
The good news is Rashdan Danny Yusof will leave MAS at the end of this month. Good riddance to this remnants from the corrupted network of Tingkat 4 boys.
The bad news is he decided not to leave quietly. He was featured in the frontpages of the mainstream newspapers’ business column.
The Star report on Wednesday quoted MAS claiming Danny left for personal reasons. It is a diplomatic reason but personal reasons can mean many things.
That way all of us can move on and there is a finality to the CCF debacle. Despite wrecking MAS twice, Danny too can move on. As BK Siddhu wrote last week, “Enough time has been wasted fighting battles.
“The onus is on everyone at MAS to close ranks and work harmoniously to bring this airline back to profitability. It is not the job of an exclusive team but an inclusive initiative.”
Despite certain reservation, we like to lend our hand and have given our words to support. By the look of things, all is progressing well and does not need commenting.
Unfortunately, the overeager and overbearing CEO wannabee decided to throw a couple of parting shots. First on the bloggers. Secondly, it is not impossible that he may have sabotaged Najib too.
Birds of same Feather
Interestingly, the frontpage news in Wednesday The Star Business Section had a picture of Danny with Ahmad Jauhari and Maybank Investment Banking CEO, Dato’ Tengku Zafrul.
Coincidently, Zafrul replaced Danny at Maybank Investment Banking and had himself brushes with bloggers for his snide remark he made at Felda Chairman, Tan Sri Isa Samad.
Oh pleazzz … these Gen Y’s CEO-in-a-hurry should know better than to comment on the ethical and moral issues of others when they are pampered kids whose overzealousness for success defy moral and ethical values.
Zafrul thinks we do not know that one of his uncle is in Felda and aligned to the mutineering Director General, Dato Zulkifli-led faction. That was why he tried to pursue Felda listing job at Avenue Capital. There was also his mother at EPU lending a helping hand. That lesson with the bloggers was something Zafrul should have shared with Danny before he was asked to leave Maybank Investment Banking for former partner’s organisation Khazanah.
Birds of same feather. They stink together.
At MAS, Danny was too over eager to exert his presence. He refused to win the heart and gain the respect of MAS staff.
While personal reason was cited by the press, the real reason he left MAS was simply he had no heart to appreciate other human beings. How can one expect to turnaround or rebuilt organisations by being inhuman? Organisation need humans.
At least under the Butcher from Shell, the 3,000 retrenched staff had something to live on. Former CEO, Dato Idris Jala had a MSS.
While Danny was on the steering wheels and AJ was learning the rope, strange talk emerge of major retrenchment exercise but without any compensation.
There was talk staff being offered to resign from MAS and take up job in MAS Sdn Bhd with Danny deviously telling them to “take it or leave but don’t expect any retrenchment benefit!”
Managers were advising staff to get a job out there before the mad rush begins. Human Resource made no effort to squash such rumours. In fact, there was tyranny throughout the organisation with Managers supposedly instructed to get petty and pick on the lower staff. At least, Idris Jala did not treat staff in such manner.
Usually when someone leaves an organisation, even in cases of getting fired, one leaves the organisation amicably with mutual respect. A simple announcement, some tribute, thank you and one part ways.
But the e-mail circular by AJ to announce Danny’s resignation was strange. On June 12th, 2012 at 18:22:19, an email circular was sent with the following clause:
“I regret that in past months, Danny has been most undeservedly and unfairly vilified and maligned in the blogosphere. Despite this tremendous pressure and stress, Danny has been deeply committed to the turnaround of our Companyand the Board appreciates his commitment to continue to assist the Company whenever needed.”
It was short, formal and typical of such announcement. But no …
Two hours later at 20:30:17, the Circular e-Mail was amended with the bold part above expanded to retaliate against Bloggers and defend Danny. Read the para with the strange amendment, below:
I regret that in past months, Danny has been most undeservedly and unfairly vilified and maligned in the blogosphere. Contrary to such blog reports, Danny has displayed an exemplary work ethic and dedication during his tenure in MAS, and has been deeply committed to the turnaround of MAS. The Board also expresses concern over the rampant leakage of company confidential information that results in disinformation in the blogosphere. The Board endorses Danny’s integrity, honesty and sincerity and considers his departure to be a genuine loss to the company. The Board also appreciates his commitment to continue to assist the Company whenever needed. As Chairman of the Board, I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Danny and wish him farewell and all the best in his future endeavours.
A case of revenge of the nerds.
Worst still, these overzealous and impatient zealot want to clean Danny’s name immediately after keeping silence on all issues raised in the blogosphere.
This is not the way. Circular e-Mail with normal formal language (although not quite normal) like this can’t absolve his sin in one go. These days it is no more believable.
Anyway, we are quite sure it did not come from AJ. The last thing AJ would like to do is to pick fights with bloggers. He needs all the support he could harness. It would matter when he has to deal with a certain past encounter of a third kind.
Thus it could only come from the Board of Directors and that could be checked from Board papers. Another possibility would be a call came from Danny’s nanny, Khazanah Nasional incompetent CEO, Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar.
If it had been the insistence of the Board of Directors, then it is worth to focus on their re-election for the upcoming AGM.
Except a few, most of the members of the Board of Directors and Adviser may have ulterior motive and benefited from MAS but do not have the Airline experience to contribute to MAS. They are likely there at the request of Khazanah to protect Sleepy’s interest in the long term cannibalisation of MAS for Air Asia.
Compare the profitability of MAS pre-, during and post-Tan Sri Tajuddin Ramli era. The post-Tajuddin era operation failed miserably and has an erratic profitability. Thanks to Khazanah Nasional as shareholders, “geniusness” of Binafikir’s operationally indifferent WAU, and Tun Abdullah as Prime Minister.
Amusing Accolades accumulating by Danny ITCHY Dan
It is certainly amusing to read the e-mail that gave Danny such tribute as “instrumental in the formulation of our current Business Plan which was announced in December 2011.” It explains why MAS had to change Business Plan some 7 times and Organisational Plan some 4 times since he first appeared back into MAS in October 2010.
Danny was given credit for “strategic initiatives have recently shown positive results in our Q1/2012 earnings announcement.”
Even as a lawyer, Wee himself can spot that Danny, who over the years, have been going around as a self-proclaimed aviation specialist and expert for Khazanah, has no business and operational sense.
Danny never had the interest of MAS in mind. The first WAU looks to be about quick job and fat fee for Binafikir. This time around, he is in MAS to carryout orders from Air Asia’s Tony F to pick up the juicy morsel of meat for Tune Air. CCF is not a Comprehensive Collaborative Framework as it is described by Danny in some fancy Latin mumbo jumbo to supposedly mean no party will take advantage on the other.
CCB is a CIMB-led Conspiracy Framework. It is Dato Nazir Razak-led repetition of Trimerger and many other unnecessary GLC corporate exercise. This exercise involved Tony F, Amokh and Danny.
Many within MAS were aware that there were lots of routes cut that ended up in the hands of Air Asia and Air Asia-X such as the Sydney, London, and many other routes upon his entry on October 15, 2012 and before AJ was appointed into MAS.
Firefly was an out of focus strategy of Idris Jala and is expected to lose like any first year of operations. But operationally, it was profitable enough to afford handsome bonuses for staff.
Danny made hurried decisions before the CCF was sorted and signed to favour of Tony F and Air Asia.
No Rabbit Out of Hat
Financially, he did a low class and cheapest trick in the creative accounting textbook for novice. Provide for all possible losses and look good for next few quarters.
The massive loss of RM2.5 billion from writedown was ridiculously unrealistic and inconsistent for an ongoing concern. Thus to claim profit of around RM100 million for first Quarter is no big feat. It should be more if MAS was not informally led by Danny.
To credit Danny that had “spearheaded a special team by providing tremendous focus and steer to secure the Funding Plan”, it was no rabbbit out of the hat trick from Rabbit Face.
Nothing “tremendous” to claim the RM2.5 billion Sukuk bond was well received. It was right hand issuing the bond and left hand using KWAP and EPF fund to subscribe. Public is not stupid and everybody anticipated that Government will help.
The fee in the millions was buta-buta paid to Maybank Investment Banking. Suspect something for Danny for later days.
Read former Corporate Banking Manager who has gone through the mill, Outsyed the Box comment on Danny’s funding structurehere. He was never CEO but can think better than Danny to protect Government as stakeholder.
Frankly, the funding structure and CCF is no creative financial engineering. Our poser to Danny: After getting the funding in place, what happens after that? And after that? Was maximising shareholders value considered?
Cukuplah hint. With this, what if something go wrong?
Mind you, it is not impossible with majority non-Airliners in the driver seats, risk of sabotage from Air Asia loyalist in key positions, and widely known incompetents like Datuk Mohd Salleh Tobrani promoted (that is why PAS claimed him as most senior around) by top management.
MAS managemnet do not take the bull by the horn or visionary or take charge. They are trend followers like typical mind of analyst. There is an incompetent one that lead Khazanah.
Media and Cover-up
Why was the CCF and financing structure that had Danny’s hand in had no vision and lack ambition? Janji siap dan cukup makan. Very tidak apa in attitude.
Now we know. Out of the blue, The Star with Tony F on it’s Board of Directors wrote a piece “What is MAS intrinsic value?“
One can suspect that Khazanah is bailing out of it’s responsibility to manage and turnaround strategic investments of the nation. Again and again, it happened to UEM with PLUS in it, and Proton.
Remember that Khazanah once sold Telekom shares to Singapore Temasek in exchange for pittance.
Luckily the CCF was reverse. Danny may have known about the planned Khazanah sales and would have substantially benefited from insider trading of his 1,201,900 shares in MAS.
So … Danny is angry with bloggers, specifically of YB Wee Choo Keong for revealing the illegal Nanny upgrade. Dare him to sue Wee!
Can the Board explain how Danny was “most undeservedly and unfairly vilified and maligned in the blogosphere” with the rule on children in first class is crystal clear, Voyage Report stated the event, and Managers are scared into participating in the DI?
Public perception develops when issues raised was never addressed by the person and management. Public and media relation of MAS was unengaging.
Yeah right … only take the mainstream media for the A380 ride. Pak Kadiq regurgitate your stance does not mean we have to agree with him.
Alternative media and bloggers have a different culture than old school journalism and they have long memory.
As far as what is known of Danny and his employment history, it is a joke to equate him with “examplary work ethic and dedication” and “deeply committed to the turnaround.” Why was Danny wasting MAS money to advertise with bottom-of-table QPR?
Basically his effort is exemplary and committed to jahanamkanMAS for Tony F pocket. Read Tony F’s latest charade in Bigdogdotcom here to prove the point that MF is not sincere.
Call his bluff. Let him leave for Jakarta. There is many things in common between Tony F and Indonesians. See who gets cheated last!
For the Board of Directors to endorse “Danny’s integrity, honesty and sincerity and considers his departure to be a genuine loss”, it only shows birds of same feather flock (and cover-up) for each other. Simply, it takes one to know one.
For the next two weeks, ask Danny the so-called man of integrity, honest and sincere:
Why is Amokh and him too afraid to answer to Parliamant on the Binafikir fee? If it is not true, correct the allegation that it is 2.5% of the about RM5 billion unbundled asset to PMB?
Keeping quiet does not show tranparency and it is an indication of dishonesty.
If the Management and Board of Directors is any smarter, they should have not complained and bitched “over the rampant leakage of company confidential information.” Typical unwise overeager Gen Y. That phrase acknowledge truth in the leaks!
If there had been “disinformation in the blogosphere”, it is due to MAS’s incompetent communication. It is also typical of it’s Adviser.
The leakage only shows the management do not listen and staff have stopped trusting management. They refuse to heed the warning from the first townhall meeting that already demanded Danny not to be CEO.
The only way left for them to save the company from the planned cannibalisation is by leaking and revealing it to the public of the insidious plan. Clearly, the public is supportive.
This Circular e-Mail have made it tougher for AJ to be positive and regain the trust of the unions and staff.
Villifying bloggers is the dumbest thing MAS did. Bloggers are close to the ground, common people and rakyat. Despite some hit and misses, generallly blogger’s information are useful feedback for management and administration.
We are being positively engaged by the Prime Minister, Ministers, corporations, businessmen and politicians, except MAS.
Potshot at Najib
One old timer in the airline industry said to us that he is aware that MAS is planned to be destroyed. That is why no effort is put to restructure MAS in other way than to cannibalise for Air Asia using CCF.
These hands, which are generally known characters and will do anything including the astoundingnews in the NST below:
13 June 2012
Union opposition, negative perception reasons for MAS-AirAsia deal termination
KUALA LUMPUR: Opposition from the Malaysia Airlines Bhd (MAS) workers’ union and the negative public perception are among the factors for the termination of the agreement on the share swap between MAS and AirAsia (Tune Air).
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said since the implementation of the share swap, several MAS workers’ unions did not give their cooperation to the MAS management and had opposed several efforts for drastic changes that were important for the recovery of the airline.
Najib, who is also the Finance Minister, said this in his written reply to a question from Hee Loy Sian (PKR-Petaling Jaya Selatan) who wanted clarification on the outcome of the investigation by the Securities Commission on the share swap agreement and the factor that led to the termination of the share swap.
The Prime Minister said the negative perception on the price collusion and the perception of antitrust practices had also resulted in a negative public perception on the share swap.
“This had placed pressure and distracted the focus of the MAS management on efforts to turn the company around.
“Subsequently on May 2, 2012, Khazanah(Nasional Bhd) had agreed to terminate the share swap in order to give an opportunity to the MAS management to concentrate on efforts to achieve benefits of synergy that had been identified,” he said.
Meanwhile, Najib said the share swap agreement between the two companies was not subjected to investigation by the Securities Commission. — BERNAMA
At one go, many would be angry with the PM.
As it was made to understand, officials from the Ministry of Finance with the help from Khazanah would be the ones to assist PM prepare answers to questions for Parliament.
Lets get this straight. The unions were merely messengers of the wrongdoing, conflict of interest, and going-ons in the Company. Why should they be blamed?
For an plane to fly, three areas are critical; the pilots, the cabin crew and engineering. Everyone else, including the CEO and Board of Directors are playing supporting roles.
So what does union cooperation got to do with management bad decisions and plannings and poor communications? Have they not been doing their work?
Off course, staff can’t give extra dedication and commitment with the future unsure, many tyrants like Danny roaming around within, cheap manouvre like NUFAM, and Khazanah as a devious major shareholder.
Really … Najib is more diplomatic, articulate and politically savvy as to answer this written reply. Could someone be sabotaging him? Who?
Could it be Danny through his cooperating buddies in Khazanah and other remnants of Tingkat 4?
Many staff are peeved with that answer if not for this saving grace of a comment below in NST today:
15 June 2012
Union’s support vital for MAS’ turnaround plan
KUALA LUMPUR: A union is usually described as a democratic organisation of working people standing up for their rights on the job.
On the other hand, it is also said that unions can also be unreasonable to deal with when they put pressure on companies in terms of wages or their attitude towards certain company policies.
In the case of Malaysia Airlines (MAS), its workers unions were opposed to the share-swap arrangement with AirAsia and hence the subsequent rescinding of the deal.
It is common knowledge that they were unhappy over certain arrangements which they deemed as having put MAS at a disadvantage to the low-cost carrier.
Certain quarters have also questioned the lapses in judgment by MAS’ major shareholders which had contributed to the brief but failed tie-up.
But going forward, MAS needs the support of its various employees’ unions for any new turnaround exercise while its employees should embrace change so that they will have a better and more secured future, say analysts.
RAM Holdings Group Chief Economist Dr Yeah Kim Leng said regaining its lustre as one of Asia’s premier international carriers is not going to be easy as the global airline industry is facing an increasingly tough and challenging environment.
Rising fuel costs, falling demand, fierce competition and challenging regulatory environments are plaguing the industry, he told Bernama.
Against this grim backdrop, all airlines have to contend with the constantly changing business landscape, failing which the weak, uncompetitive and inefficient will be driven out.
Dr Yeah believed that restructuring in various industrial sectors and companies were happening at a much faster pace in the country in response to the rapid internationalisation of trade, investment and business opportunities amidst the need to escape the middle-income trap syndrome.
Once the plans to revitalise MAS have been unveiled, the onus will be on the employees’ unions to rally around their company.
Dr Yeah also said the MAS management would also have to work hard to fully harness its human capital and motivate its workforce to improve areas like cost efficiency, productivity and service quality to realise the company’s business goals.
The critical success factors, he stressed, would be the ability to execute the airline’s business strategies effectively and this has to be communicated to its employees with the cooperation of their unions.
Sharing the same view, another analyst who requested anonymity, said as MAS is essentially a service-oriented business and a government-linked company, the airline certainly needed the unions’ support to turn around.
“The unions should give assurance that their members are supporting the management’s turnaround plan while the management has also to give assurance on job security,” he said.
The unions, he said, have to accept changes in a number of areas so that MAS would have a strong chance to grow again. — BERNAMA
Dr Yeah is absolutely right.
And Danny is an example that have given Gen Y a bad name; lazy, self-centred, and devoid of loyalty.
They don’t bother to understand the problem thoroughly. They think they are already right. They refuse to listen to others.
They don’t build anything but have no qualms to destroy something for their own narrow perspective.
And they don’t seem to understand that organisation need people and that is why personnel management is now called human resource.
There are more than 20,000 workers making a living from MAS. What do they care?
Actually they don’t really care about MAS. Only themselves.

We couldn’t stop laughing when we’ve got the tweeted message from Tony Fernandez a.k.a. The pirates of AirAsia and the big FAT liar – tweeted this yesterday,
We looked into the mirror and we said “Thanked GOD, we still got our teeth and is still alright and intact”. We’re thinking Tony Fernandez mirrors his hypocrisy to his fans and the world by talking about his own reflection.
Let us straight out what’s happening really at AirAsia. In AirAsia, the concept is low cost carrier with leanest staff and benefits. This means to be the lowest cost carrier, sometimes AirAsia just need to go above the law by challenging certain laws of the country.
In this case, Tony Fernandez under Evil Kutty both have been blogging shits to the world did not tell the real agenda how to sustaining a lower cost for AirAsia to survive. Given this LOWERING COST reasons, AirAsia under Tony Fernandez as its CEO have been short changing its female flight attendant their entitlement that would be the transportation provided from their house to workplace.
It’s the Malaysian labour law justifies in protecting all female workers that they must be provided with transport whenever they’re on duty during the wee hours between 10:00 pm to 05:00 am and it is the company’s responsibility for this assurance be made mandatorily compulsory.
Did AirAsia CEO, that is Tony Fernandez provide such benefits for his female flight attendant?
Well! If the public and the world would like to know the answer…..it is NOPE, he never did want to provide transport for his workers because Tony Fernandez is such a stingy mother fucker who sees cost is everything to him including the cost for safety of AirAsia’s aircrafts. See this video……captured by foreign passengers. The passengers should have sued AirAsia for providing a terrifying experience during their flight with AirAsia. You may be paying for low cost ticket but you did not pay for a terrifying experience such like below,
And shamefully, Tony Fernandez daringly implying it is the Malaysia Airport management’s responsibility in ensuring his female workers are not raped or killed during the wee hours!!!
Next and soon, Tony Fernandez will change his cabin crew to FLIGHT ATTENDANT or FA (as tweeted above) in conjunction providing support for NUFAM. So guys what other evidence do you need to know NUFAM is controlled by Tony Fernandez? What a hypocrite is Tony Fernandez?
He tweeted his claim that Malaysia Airport is a monopoly. WOW!!! Tony Fernandez must have been feeling intensely burned for the recent increased of airport tax imposed by Malaysia Airport Berhad and calling MAB a monopoly.
Let’s examine a little the bent politicians behind Tony Fernandez and what Tony Fernandez did for Malaysia Airlines when he was still the member of the board.
Behind AirAsia is Evil Kutty (91 years-old) and Daim (above 80 years-old) the count of the bloodsuckers – so we’ve got two well-known vampires who already passed the average life span of Malaysians (72-78 years); and their blood-sister Rafidah Aziz who’s BEE END-ing the ruling party with her ways of carrying balls exposing her own senility to the public and their puppets and cronies who are Tony Fernandez and Kamarudin Meranun, CEOs of AirAsia. The two falsely claimed their Tune Air Group still is the largest shares-holders of AirAsia deceiving the public that they are doing very well.
In this video, if you watched very……..very………very c a r e f u l l y…….you would notice this AirAsia X’s CEO Azran Rani actually almost got choked in his throat when the bloomberg questioned him if AirAsia X is making money;
May 4 (Bloomberg) — AirAsia X Bhd. Chief Executive Officer Azran Osman Rani talks about the airline’s business strategy and growth outlook. Azran speaks from Kuala Lumpur with Rishaad Salamat on Bloomberg Television’s “On the Move Asia.” Air Asia X is the long-haul unit of Southeast Asia’s biggest budget carrier AirAsia Bhd. (Source: Bloomberg)
From our exceptional investigations, AirAsia X did not make money but is making losses and it’s losses is covered by MAS funds after AirAsia failed to sustain AirAsia X that followed by the termination of its routes to London, Paris and India which had caused many passengers with pre-booked AirAsia X’s flights stranded and were later upgraded to premium service flight with Malaysia Airlines. AirAsia X used Malaysia Airlines to transport its AirAsia X’s passengers without paying extra fares for the premium services.
Read this article we wrote for the public – Malaysia Airlines was robbed of RM2.52 billion during the Collaboration Agreement with AirAsia.
Tony Fernandez tweeted “They are monopoly” accusing Malaysia Airports Berhad is adopting monopoly system.
Well-said Tony Fernandez but aren’t you a monopolist too?
For the newcomers, Tony Fernandez is a monopolist. By ascended into Malaysia Airlines as its member of the board, Tony Fernandez first priority was to have Firefly KILLED. Firefly is actually a low cost airlines and the subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines. Since the inception of Firefly, it was doing very well until Tony Fernandez and Kamarudin Meranun came into Malaysia Airlines as board of directors fabricating the losses that Firefly had been making so to persuade MAS board of directors to terminate Firefly’s Jet operation (Boeing 737 aircrafts) based in KLIA that was competing fiercely with AirAsia. After terminted Firefly’s Jet Services, Tony Fernandez cheered his victory to MAS and AirAsia workers openly during his official opening of AirAsia’s inaugural flight in Johor Bahru’s airport.
Now we can see Tony Fernandez and Kamarudin Meranun or rather AirAsia, are the monopolist.
The SECRET share swap deal between MAS and AirAsia was signed on 8th August 2011 had been cancelled by the Malaysia Prime Minister after reviewing the memorandum submitted by 8 MAS Unions and Associations (GUAMs). A week later after the share swap deal was folded, Tony Fernandez signed over the Queen Park Ranger Club as new owner. In plain sight, Tony Fernandez has bought 66% stakes at the price of 35 million sterling pound. Another week later, Tony Fernandez and his partner, Kamarudin Meranun revealed to MAS workers they did not have anymore money left for QPR 2 years of sponsorship after they invested RM2 billion in MAS shares. And that’s the ground for using MAS to sponsor QPR as synergies for advertising Malaysia Airlines. We believe that is the most expensive advertisement MAS had ever paid for. So more secrets and more lies. No one knows where Tony Fernandez gets the fund to buy over QPR club.
Now EveryOne In Malaysia Knows Of Tony Fernandez is a HYPOCRITE and a big FAT liar!!!
Stay tune to Malaysiaairlinesfamilies for more exciting stories and how Tony Fernandez is going to make a comeback – The Avenger by Tune Talk!
Is Tony Fernandez on drugs? Yes, we believe he is for he already admitted publicly here. To become the staff working for AirAsia, they must adapt to the TYRANNY working environment created by Tony Fernandez, the son of Mother Fucker that would be NEVER do COMPLAIN or YOU’LL BE SACKED. This was what Tony Fernandez had been trying to introduce into Malaysia Airlines forcing MAS workers to resign from Malaysia Airlines and re-join the NewCO with fresh terms and conditions similar to AirAsia inferior working terms and conditions.
The cancellation of share-swap between Khazanah and Tune Air Group is the wisest step taken by MAS unions and associations and the Malaysia Prime Minister. Here is Tony Fernandez’s confession……….
Really? Tony Fernandez falsely claimed he was helpless as he was in trying to save the eight-month share swap deal (between Khazanah and Tune Air Group). Trying to save it or ROB IT really? Guesses he must have seen the fat cash flow in MAS that he couldn’t resist departing from it!
Come-on FAT Tony Fernandez, stop lying to the press and tell them you were plotting MAS Heist attempted at stealing all MAS assets for AirAsia to increase AirAsia’s group earnings.
Tony Fernandez can’t EVEN pay his downpayment for his extraordinary larger order of Airbus aircrafts that he ordered in Paris last year.
Do you think Malaysians are that stupid and easily conned by you? Think again YOU STUPID FERNANDEZ.
Here’s Tony Fernandez’s crocodile tears act…………..
It is true that the Malaysia Prime Minister did ask Tony the Bastard to FIX MAS but never asked him to LOOT all MAS properties for AirAsia. That was what he did to MAS workers after he become the board of director of MAS.
Hey asshole TONY MF Fernandez, stopping the companies from competition is called ANTI-TRUST violation………you………I D I O T.……..
Looks like Tony Fernandez is under educated of Anti-Trust Law and Malaysia Anti-Competition Act. Truly he is an idiot.
There you go people………the truth is finally spoken out loud to the public as posted here since last year.
Statement by Tony Fernandez to MAS Workers:
“We are very against the merger. We think shareholder and employees’ value would be destroyed. What I see in SIA is making a very big mistake, Long Haul, Short Haul and premium airlines. If you look at our history, we started Air Asia and years later with Air Asia X. We also talked about whether we merge it or keep it separate. In fact, we separated them completely. The best scenario to raise capital and finance the game is to focus and less complexity. If you put AAX and AA and MAS there, it will be a terrific recipe and in the end, it will bear result.
In terms of revising lots of routes – whereas people would like to fly MAS to LHR etcetera but we never interlined. We never collaborate at that end and we keep it separate and keeping our measurement voice focus on doing the job, it becomes easier. So the only way we could do this so that not one shareholder from the other is benefiting. So let’s do the shares swap! If we don’t do the shares swap, there will a merger. By doing the shares swap, the economic interest is aligned in terms of both parties benefited. If MAS does well, AA does well and so are both the shareholders. So that’s the idea. So we the shareholders are very against the merger and we think that will be wrong. Airlines are very destroyed of its capital because of doing so many things not using the equity wisely.
Before the collaboration, we were competing. Obviously, we were the ambitious LCC but we were thinking about doing full service carrier and if we keep competing with each other, we both end up losing money.
The collaboration is where we can cost save and buying things together and collaborating in certain areas in terms of interlining etcetera. And we can focus on our specialty, which are 5 star and 3 star.”
What more evidence do we need to know about Tony Fernandez? He already admitted both airlines would end up losing money if the competition continues. Competition is a form of a healthy challenging business strategy and it’s totally benefiting the public where more choices are made available for the public. Choices includes operator provides safer aircraft operations for the consumer and reliable and on time departure services unlike AirAsia where flights are always delayed and retimed. The only flight that cannot be delayed as instructed by Tony Fernandez is the flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur.
To stop the competition between Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia and Firefly is the priority set by Tony Fernandez when he came into MAS under the pretext of saving MAS but was actually saving AirAsia from sinking further caused by painful competition with Firefly. As he was utilizing MAS fund to invest in QPR, we believe he could’ve also utilized MAS fund bought over the British Premier Football Club for himself.
Just like the former MAS Chairman who bought expensive painting for RM1 million per piece at the expense of Malaysia Airlines.
If really Tony Fernandez has bought QPR club, he must’ve utilized the fund from MAS and could’ve transfer the ownership to himself secretly before he resigned from MAS as board of directors. We believe the people of Malaysian tax payers have been robbed by Tony Fernandez in this broad daylight robbery whilst under our noses!!!
The animosity MAS employees had for AirAsia was even greater when STUPID FERNANDEZ gave instruction to break up the 8 unions and associations in tyrannizing the bilateral and legal documents that MAS signed with 8 unions and associations – GUAMs.
We say WELL DONE MAS unions and associations. Thank you for preserving the original identity of Malaysia Airlines from destroying further by Tony Fernandez and his AirAsia failing strategies.
Despite the wrong-doings done by Tony Fernandez plotting heist in MAS when he was one the board of directors for MAS and AirAsia; the Corporate Governance Asia has awarded Tony Fernandez as the best CEO for Investor Relations - Mid Cap at the Inaugural Malaysia Investor Relations Awards Ceremony earlier on this year.
Both awards were presented by Datuk Ranjit Ajit Singh, Chairman of the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), witnessed by Chairman of Bursa Malaysia and CEO of Bursa Malaysia, Dato’ Tajuddin Atan.
This is really a joke for all Malaysians especially those who know Tony Fernandez is an asshole who contributes to nothing but a massive loss of RM2.52 billions for Malaysia Airlines.
Stay tune to Malaysiaairlinesfamilies!
Ahmad Jauhari and Danny Rashdan need to get outta of MAS fast!!! They’re just another Johnny Fernandez
Good and kind people behind MAS TROUBLESHOOTERS are providing solutions for LEADERS to SOLVE MAS PROBLEM that OTHERS FEAR solving it.
AJ has been a clueless CEO since the day one he was taken in by Tony the Fucker Fernandez. In actuality, he was Tony Fernandez’s disciple. Tony the Fucker is the son of the Mother Fucker had trained AJ prior to his joining with Malaysia Airlines. (Yes, Toni we may be harsh on you but you are truly the son of MF – no need to thank us but we say we are even now – MF)
Today we gotta TELL the world that Tony Fernandez is only an employee of AirAsia as its CEO. Tune Air Group had sold all its shares to Evil Kutty and Daim Count of The Blood Sucker and this was affirmed by Khazanah.
We know Tony Fernandez has very big dreams that is to own an airlines which was Malaysia Airlines but fortunately it was only for 8 months. He dreams to own the English football club which is now the QPR that he used MAS fund bought over QPR club the moment he became MAS board of director given his instruction to his Johnny Fernandez a.k.a. the dog named Danny ITCHY Dan to sign contract with QPR Club after the secret share swap deal was folded.
People,Tony Fernandez utilized MAS fund which was also our taxpayers fund and bought QPR club for himself accomplishing his dream to own a football club. This is broad daylight robbery of our rakyat’s fund.
Tony Fernandez tweeted that MAS only sponsor for one year. The contract with QPR was for 2 years. So where’s the money for another year’s sponsorship? Did Tony mean that MAS had been cheated for 1 year’s sponsorship under AJ and Danny Rashdan’s leaderships? Man…these two sleeping dogs must be gotten rid of as soon as possible.
Really??? All rubbish??? Come on man…be a man and admit your cheats!!! Well! We think Tony Fernandez is TONI Fernandez. So he has no balls to admit his plots for MAS heist that was foiled.
And Tony Fernandez’s last bigger dream is to own a sport car club favorably the Ferrari Formula 1 which he is eyeing very intimately using his magnifying glass.
When Tune Air Group swapped the shares with Khazanah (20.5% MAS shares with 10% of AirAsia shares in August 2011), it had made Tony Fernandez not just the board of director but the main shareholders of Malaysia Airlines. And this, many people did not realize it.
In reality and for the record purposes, Tony Fernandez indeed had owned Malaysia Airlines for 8 months (only) until he was kicked out of Malaysia Airlines by the strong unity, the strength of MAS workers. Our advice for MAS workers, don’t let your guard down because Tony Fernandez is known a revengeful person and he’s finding ways to crawl back inside Malaysia Airlines using the bent politicians.
So back in reality point, Tony Fernandez had just lost an airlines on his last 48th birthday. He tweeted to his fans his mood was crushed with some saddening news which was (we found out) the cancellation of the share swap by the Malaysia Prime Minister.
But we say to you Tony “Mother Fucker ” Fernandez, you deserved to be kicked out. No one as board of director of Malaysia Airlines had ever declared that huge, massive loss of RM2.52 billion (USD8 million) and not in Malaysia aviation history but this gotta be recorded in the world Guinness Record Book where Tony Fernandez – the son of the MOTHER FUCKER who is also the CEO of AirAsia had caused Malaysia Airlines lost RM2.52 billion (USD8 million) loss and the lost of an average of RM4 billion revenue for Malaysia Airlines. This means people…………see this chart!
TonyFernandez was trying to kill Malaysia Airlines workers
BeforeTony Fernandez become the BODs of MAS
After Tony Fernandez became the BODs of MAS
RM 247 millions
RM 2,52 billions
Malaysia Airlines’ yearly revenue of RM14 billions now has shrunk by 36% under Tony Fernandez’s leadership.
So, people do we need Tony Fernandez? We surely do not need him at all because he’s STUPID FERNANDEZ. We salute this gentleman who tweeted Tony Fernandez his goodbye message to TONY that WE DON’T NEED YOU!!!
Nevertheless, Tony Fernandes truly the son of mother fucker thick skin asshole daringly tweeted his claim……….
Malaysiaairlinesfamilies say Tony Fernandez wants to collaborate with MAS due to no other airlines or even country would want to service their aircrafts. In light of the above collaboration, Dr. Don will be the next board of director and his fiduciary duty will be to scrutinizing Tony Fernandez’s proposal. So, Dr. Don, MAS workers are relying on you to work out the best solution for Malaysia Airlines and please make sure Tony Fernandez does not crawl back into MAS again.
This article is re-printed for MAS TROUBLESHOOTERS - MAS ship is sinking very fast. We need to revitalise MAS into becoming a GOLDEN airline in the world again. The following plan of action is required:
Dr. Don, this is for you to execute but first get rid of AJ and Danny the Pondan.
IDENTIFY, EVALUATE AND PUT THE RIGHT TEAM OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND TOP MANAGEMENT
TRIPLE PRONGED MANAGEMENT APPROACH ON GOOD LEADERSHIP, PEOPLE AND COST MANAGEMENT
DIAGNOSE THE HEALTH OF THE ORGANISATION ON 13 CRUCIAL DIMENSIONS
ALIGN PEOPLE STRATEGIES OF A COMPANY WITH BUSINESS RESULTS

The UK Daily Mail reported of the QPR owner Tony Fernandez is facing financial nightmare if they go down as stars keep the wages. It looks like the end of Tony Fernandez’s dream trying to own a British Club.
Tony Fernandez is struggling to pay-off his QPR League now facing a financial meltdown if QPR is relegated from the Barclays Premier League because none of their stars will be forced to take a pay cut.
Rangers’ big earners like £70,000-a-week Joey Barton will still get paid in full if they drop into the Championship.
What goes around now comes around? Exactly it is now affecting Tony Fernandez as he could not keep up the wages paying QPR team with the way of his budgeting mentality and strategy, it is impossible mission to keep QPR – Premier League.
With the recent cancellation of Share-Swap where the sponsorship given by Malaysia Airlines will be expiring in less than 16 months, we doubt Tony Fernandez would be able to hold on to QPR and very likely he’s gonna bid off the league to the highest bidders.
The Daily Mail wrote :
Premier League teams usually include a relegation clause which would cut slash a players’ wage by half if they are relegated.
But Rangers were so desperate to bolster their squad with the likes of Shaun Wright-Phillips and Anton Ferdinand last summer they did not include a relegation clause in contracts following their promotion in May.
Rangers remain bullish about their staying up despite dropping into the bottom three after Saturday’s defeat at fellow-strugglers Bolton.
Striker Cisse, another big earner on £60,000 a week, said: ‘We have to fight until the end and that’s what we are going to do. I love challenges and I love the club already. I will do my best to help the club stay up because we belong in the Premier League now.’
QPR’s mega-rich owner Tony Fernandes has deep pockets but it seems he is now realising the impact of relegation, with some players on four-year deals worth over £10million.
Chief executive Phillip Beard said: ‘Ideally, we stay in the Premier League. If things don’t work out, we’ll fight tooth and nail to come back up.’
Don’t forget Tony Fernandez is a bad paymaster. Stop paying QPR Premier League for 1 day, QPR will lose for one whole term.
On March 26 this year, the Times of India reported Caterham’s Tony Fernandez backs F1 Share sale. Please continue reading this and try deciphering the message from Tony Fernandez below.
We say what a great liar Tony Fernandez is. He had caused Malaysia Airlines lost RM2.5 billion in less than 6 months window. His budgeting mentality and strategy had turned Malaysia Airlines sunk lower without its original identity. A premier airlines with renowned in-flight services had drastically dropped in its in-flight services and the airlines’ workers were under depression whilst Tony Fernandez was still the then board of directors for Malaysia Airlines.
A premier British League would soon face the same faith in seeing importing Indonesians players by Tony Fernandez into British Soccer Club. That’s Tony Fernandez – a stupid Fernandez!!
Malaysiaairlinesfamilies say we think it’s good for the stakeholders of AirAsia to own part of AirAsia too. What say Tony Fernandez if we are to own his AirAsia and his Tune Air?
“I don’t know enough about it, (but) I think it would be good for the teams to be allowed to participate in the float. And I think it’s the way of the world.”
Fernandes also expressed his admiration for the “remarkable job” building Formula One performed by Ecclestone, including this year’s switch from public TV to paid broadcaster Sky in the sport’s heartland, Britain.
“I’ve only known Bernie for two or three years. The fact is he’s done a remarkable job for Formula One and I think in terms of Sky, that was good,” he said.
“A lot of people don’t like it, but it’s a fact of life. What Sky has done for football in England was remarkable. So it’s important for the sport, if you ask me.”
“And I’m all in favour of the way things are moving. It’s a good time. Revenues are going to go up, I believe costs will go down. It’s important. This sport is too complicated.”
Fernandes hit out at the “silly” and complicated technical innovations that beset Formula One and can cost millions of dollars to develop.
This year, attention has focused on the air-channelling ‘F-duct’ rear wing introduced by Mercedes boss Ross Brawn, much to the consternation of rival Red Bull principal Christian Horner.
Teams have also splashed out on introducing Kinetic Energy Recovery Systems (KERS), which provide a speed boost, and the Drag Reduction System (DRS) to help overtaking.
And Red Bull’s title defence has been dented by a ban on “blown diffusers”, another ingenious innovation that channels exhaust fumes to raise down force.
“Today you’re asking about F-duct, Christian’s (Horner) got one view, Ross Brawn wants to look at engine mapping. Out there, who cares? They just want to see good racing,” Fernandes said.
“I don’t understand the F-duct, I’ve got no idea, and I own a team. I think racing should be competitive, it should be fun, it should be glamorous, it should make people excited about it.”
“I don’t think anyone’s interested about F-duct. I think regulations need to be black and white.”
He added: “I don’t believe in KERS, I think it’s a waste of money and we need to stop doing these silly things. What was supposed to cost $1 million is costing $6 million.”
“And it doesn’t help the car industry. I can’t put a KERS into my (Caterham) road car. Neither can Ferrari. So what’s the benefit?”
But Fernandes also said he had plans to build businesses for aviation using technology developed in Formula One with the help of his technical chief, Mike Gascoyne.
So truly Tony Fernandez is a big dreamer who possesses failing strategy.
Now read very carefully…………..
He said Caterham, now in its third season, had a five-year plan to become competitive. And he said Malaysia should keep its grand prix after its current contract runs out in 2015.
“I think it’s important,” he said. “It gives Malaysia a lot of publicity and I think it’s important for the development of the road car industry, the technology industry and also drivers. So I think it’s important to keep it.”
Fernandes added: “I’m a very lucky man. At 13, if I said I wanted to own a Formula One team, and a football team, and an airline, most people would have said, ‘You’re on drugs‘. And I would have said, ‘Yeah!“
So Tony Fernandez has declared to the public he is on drugs? Everyone closer to him would have known he’s on drugs at all times.
