Hello Malaysiaairlinesfamilies’ followers and our greetings to our fans worldwide. This is our finale to Part I, Part II, Part III and Part IV that already had revealed many internal secrets that were of the hush-hush plans in the collaboration agreement with AirAsia. This Part V continues exposing the other dark side of the collaboration with Tony Fernandez and his gangsters as sharing points for many who are out there wanting to know who is Tony Fernandez and what he did as CEO for AirAsia whether it is for saving AirAsia or to save his ass for TuneAir group that is failing under Tony Fernandez’s pinnochio nose.
Some local medias in Malaysia including the Edge was praising Tony Fernandez as the high calibre CEO who has been promoting AirAsia to the world. We could not disagree with this local press who now has Tony Fernandez sits in as its board of directors of STAR Publication.
As we all know who is Tony Fernandez - frequently and famously known as THE ASSHOLE by most of his acquaintances, also the ALCHEAPOS that driving FERRARI but traveling FREE on Malaysia Airlines. We think it’s like Tony Fernandez driving FERRARI filling up gas with gasoline instead of petroleum. This shows how stingy and how cheapskate and such a low-life bastard he is for taking the ride in MAS even though he is no longer the board of director for Malaysia Airlines. We recall many years back, there were some writings about Tony Fernandez continuously owing from his creditors and set his terms in the settlement with his creditors and some journalists quoted Tony Fernandez was like having sex with prostitute without paying. To the people out there, well! Tony Fernandez is still the same Tony Fernandez who likes to be a bad paymaster.
Never mind – the usual words mostly expressed by Malaysians must have been expressed too by the ladies in Khazanah for sweeping some of their dirts under the carpet. Perhaps, Tony Fernandez is given the free ride in MAS to seal his mouth from talking to the public how corrupted is Khazanah’s managing director – The AMOK.

Had MAS unions and associations not submitted this memorandum against the share swap and collaboration agreement with AirAsia for Malaysia Airlines to the Malaysia Prime Minister; we would not have known of what’s really happening inside Malaysia Airlines during the collaboration agreement via the SECRET Share Swap.
In our Part IV of this thread, we reported of GUAMs demanded for correcting all the wrong-doings by Khazanah’s poor and defective judgments not only recurring inside Malaysia Airlines but also affecting other Government Linked Companies (GLCs). We’ll see if all wrong-doings would have been corrected within this year before the next election.
We believe the Prime Minister of Malaysia should have replaced AMOK with at least an honest corporate figure preferably Dato Seri Idris Jala to oversee all corruptible practices and all nonsense created by Evil Kutty and his two other musketeers – read this The conspiracy to end Malaysia Airlines to save AirAsia.
Let’s continue with this finale of the memorandum submitted by MAS unions and associations to the Prime Minister;
The Collaboration between Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia if, for real was to SAVE MALAYSIA AIRLINES; should have been given the priority setting forward :-
- To increasing the revenue for the airlines and reduces the operational costs by forming the alliance with ONEWORLD;
- GUAMs reiterated that the collaboration agreement had planned to divide MAS into two divisions such as Long-Haul and Short-Haul divisions where the separation of these two divisions would subsequently reducing competition with AirAsia and possibly reducing the quality of services that had been strictly focused on LOW COST business model;
- The collaboration agreement with AirAsia is actually to align Malaysia Airlines with AirAsia for competing with the international “WAR-LIKE” competitions;
But Malaysiaairlinesfamilies and the world think instead of increasing the revenue for Malaysia Airlines during the collaboration agreement with AirAsia, the first thing Tony Fernandez did was :
- Suspended FIREFLYz and its JET operation based in KLIA from competing with AirAsia;
- Suspended Buenos Aires, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Dubai and other lucrative routes where many other airlines are looking forward to expand into which had resulted to MAS lost out huge revenues under Tony Fernandez;
- Uplifting AirAsia X’s stranded passengers without fares and airport taxes into London Heathrow International Airport, Paris Charles De Gaulle International Airport, India ports and Rome station that subsequently have incurred Malaysia Airlines a huge bleeding for subsidizing/covering AirAsia X of which we comprehended as FREE RIDE WITH MALAYSIA AIRLINES FOR THOSE WHO BOUGHT AIRASIA LOW FARES TICKET;
- Hiring PlaneConsult increasing and continuously bleeding Malaysia Airlines;
It is suffice to iterate in technicality the above had caused MAS a huge lost of revenue. So again, nothing was really gained for Malaysia Airlines and it was more like gaining for AirAsia to increase it’s group earnings.

Malaysiaairlinesfamilies commented that GUAMs comprised of 3 unions and 5 associations and with their level of intelligence, it is of certainty that GUAMs can comprehend the directions Tony Fernandez having had Ahmad Jauhari and Rashdan (who already left after pressured to tender his resignation by MAS Chairman) to break up MAS into two divisions so that the short haul division would continue to buy more aircrafts from Tony Fernandez and stopping the competition between Malaysia Airlines, Fireflyz and AirAsia. In such event, Tony Fernandez would have brought down the service level of Malaysia Airlines to becoming Low Cost Service Industry.
GUAMs reminded the Malaysia Prime Minister the collaboration agreement with AirAsia if genuinely is to aid MAS; would have made KLIA another successful hub in this region. Alas, after the collaboration agreement was signed between Khazanah and Tune Air Group, the issue of violations of the international anti-trust acts as well as the Malaysian competition act became the main attraction by the regulators.
The Cross-Ownership between Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia would increase the Conflict Of Interest in this respect of the collaboration. The sentiment of the workers in Malaysia Airlines had created insecurities where MAS workers believed they have been managed by AirAsia’s management who are of the lower cost mentality that MAS workers were worried they would have to succumb to a lower terms and conditions as being practiced by AirAsia Low Cost Carrier.
The perception of MAS workers is that the COLLABORATION AGREEMENT is not to save Malaysia Airlines but it is more of towards SAVING AirAsia via taking over Malaysia Airlines and Firefly which we saw:
- Firefly Jet Operation (FJO) had already been terminated once Tony Fernandez and Kamarudin Meranun sat in as board of directors of Malaysia Airlines.
- Contract for advertising via Queens Park Rangers that cost MAS RM18 millions after MAS declared loss of RM247 millions etc.
- It has been opted as a way to cripple the registered unions and recognized associations where one of the ways to reduce the employment opportunity is to RESIGN from Malaysia Airlines (Malaysiaairlinesfamilies added it was persuaded by Ahmad Jauhari in his town hall sessions with MAS workers that Ahmad Jauhari had denied of so far)
- It is a stepping stone for all AirAsia’s top management parachuted into Malaysia Airlines as MAS top management.
The issues above highlighted in GUAMs memorandum to the Malaysia Prime Minister had urged the Prime Minister to withdraw the share swap deals if the government have national interest ensuring national issue is taken care of particularly the job security for all MAS workers. The withdrawal of the collaboration agreement would also reduce the conflict of issues such as the imminent of anti-trust violation and anti-competitive complication.
The two airlines could still work together without the share swap or a collaboration agreement. The collaboration agreement has to end at this phase because Tony Fernandez and his friends had illustrated unfairness deal for Malaysia Airlines and portraying his behavior not wanting to work for the interest of saving Malaysia Airlines but only to raid MALAYSIA AIRLINES’s profitable units/divisions.
Whatever had been wrongly discharged upon Malaysia Airlines by Tony Fernandez and his friends is the evidence of CRUELTY and TYRANY. The clear behaviors displayed and exhibited by Tony Fernandez and his friends had proven they should not be given an opportunity at all in the first place because they had taken advantage of collaborating with Malaysia Airlines for their own benefits without even contemplating the effects and aspirations of the people and the country.
In order to avoid further embarrassment in liaising with daily business with the company over the the collaboration deal between Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia, this deal should be cancelled effectively. Such cancellation should have been deemed as a learning process but not as a failure.
GUAMs believe the main factor contributed to the wrongly collaborated agreement is Tony Fernandez because he is the famous CEO and a member of board of director who opposes the existence of unionism and is known to be using strategies in crippling the movement of union and workers’ and human rights in this aviation industry.
The hope from GUAMs for Malaysia Airlines is to see the Prime Minister would walk his way in ensuring the followings;
- To cancel the share swap and collaboration agreement between Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia where it only favored AirAsia and destroying Malaysia Airlines. [DONE]
- To cancel the transfer of MAS administration staff from Subang to KLIA that scheduled on April 2012. [NOT DONE YET]
- To allow MAS staff to join NewCo without resigning from Malaysia Airlines and without losing the job security with Malaysia Airlines. [DONE]
- To establish a new board of directors and effective top management without the influence of Tony Fernandez and his friends. [NOT DONE YET]
- To provide the opportunity for senior management staff in Malaysia Airlines ascended and leading the new unit and subsidiaries that will be established later. [NOT DONE YET]
- To abolish the rights of those board of directors who are favoring and making one-sided decision making for AirAsia and Tony Fernandez and his friends. [NOT DONE YET]
- To take back all the profits that Tony Fernandez and his friends have achieved during the collaboration agreement. [NOT DONE YET]
- To establish an independent auditor auditing the accounts for Malaysia Airlines for year 2011. [ON-GOING]

“Hari ini dalam sejarah” almost had occurred to Malaysia Airlines during the Collaboration Agreement with AirAsia under the spell of Tony Fernandez and his gangsters, the three musketeers – the bent former and present politicians.
Take a moment to ponder during the Collaboration Agreement with AirAsia; what really has had benefitted Malaysia Airlines?
The answer is there were absolutely nothing really benefitted Malaysia Airlines during the Collaboration Agreement and the nothingness of achievement were recorded in the history of Malaysia during the dominance control under Evil Kutty’s advisory and guidance.
In Malaysia, an organization could either be wiped out or become the history if it is under the spell of Evil Kutty and Tony Fernandez prescribing their mortal-blow strategy for Malaysia Airlines for SAVING AirAsia.
From the Part I, Part II and Part III of this thread, we’ve translated the history of Malaysia Airlines and it’s main core existence as the National Carrier included the LOOTING planning instead of the TRANSFORMATION planning which were prescribed by Tony Fernandez and his friends under the pretext of collaborating with Malaysia Airlines.
Now here in this thread, we’re gonna exposed the real stimulus behind the originality script as to our belief is written by Evil Kutty and Tony Fernandez for wiping out Malaysia Airlines not only to SAVE AirAsia but also to interrupt Malaysia Airlines from joining the global alliance for greater sustainability and global network.
For survivability of Malaysia Airlines, the former CEO Tengku Azmil had to inter-connecting with the international alliance widening its coverage via joining the global network and ensuring Malaysia Airlines would be FREED from the GAME CHANGERS mind.
WHO ARE THE GAME CHANGERs? It’s Tony Fernandez and his gangsters who’s been searching for ways out to spread their anti-union strategy and finding ways slithered inside Malaysia Airlines for gaining control of Malaysia Airlines assets.
In GUAMs memorandum, it was reported in the media the intention of Malaysia Airlines having had the discussion with Qantas Airways to form a PREMIUM airlines that to our belief will be based in Kuala Lumpur; if permitted will force Malaysia Airlines into downsizing its workforce and shrinking its network coverage where in the end we would see Malaysia Airlines becomes the history. This propaganda will probably be documented and showcase in HARI INI DALAM SEJARAH – The History in Malaysia.
GUAMs lambasted Khazanah as the golden shareholders of Malaysia Airlines, should have considered very carefully of the consequences infiltrating into the Collaboration Agreement with AirAsia before initiating the share swap DODGE deal. The fact is that GUAMs had found out the Share Swap deal was finalized without further discussion on its actual dealing and agreement with AirAsia. The share swap deal was done in hush-hush for Tony Fernandez and his friends bestowing them the almighty power in the decision making with a penetrating voice to influence Malaysia Airlines before the collaboration deal was fully set-up. This one-sided deal had provided the in-depth opportunity for Tony Fernandez and his friends to utilize all assets belong to Malaysia Airlines to their benefits.
In the argument presented by GUAMs, it was stated Khazanah must be held responsible for all damages incurred by Tony Fernandez and his friends (cronies) and Khazanah as the golden shareholders cannot pretend they did not know what Tony Fernandez and his friends had been planning for Malaysia Airlines because Khazanah agreed to the hush-hush share swap without a proper collaboration plan by AirAsia lay ahead for Malaysia Airlines.
In such respect, GUAMs demanded the share swap and the collaboration agreement with AirAsia to be cancelled immediately. The government and Khazanah must correct and repair all the wrong-doings that had been done for Malaysia Airlines by Tony Fernandez and his friends.
The members of the Parliament have informed GUAMs that Malaysia Airlines has been suffering losses in view of the fact caused by the cost of its high workforce. GUAMs condemned such information is flawed and had been falsely disseminated to the members of the Parliament.
The truth is Malaysia Airlines is one of the airlines in this region that has indicated the lowest operational cost ever recorded. The chart below retrieved from CAPA – Centre Aviation Pacific Asia indicated in full release of information received from the airlines in the region stipulating Malaysia Airlines recorded the lowest unit costs i.e. 25.6 sen per ASK as compared to Etihad which is 28.5 sen per ASK, Singapore Airlines recorded 29.5 sen and Cathay Pacific had recorded 30 sen per ASK respectively.
However, the productivity of the workers in Malaysia Airlines is also the lowest as recorded below is 0.77 comparing with Singapore Airlines which is 0.55 and Cathay Pacific is 0.43 per aircraft seat.
Although the productivity level in Malaysia Airlines is lower as compared to the other two stronger competitors, Malaysia Airlines still records the lowest operational costs in comparison to Etihad, Singapore Airlines, ThaiAirways, Emirates and Cathay Pacific. This is caused by the monthly wages for Malaysia Airlines workers is the lowest among the competitors in the region.
MAS union had recommended the salary and wages for Malaysia Airlines to be benchmarked with those of the other two competitors such as Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific. Unfortunately, Malaysia Airlines did not accept the benchmark as standard practice for all categories.
The total monthly salary for MAS workers is RM1.2 billion per year. It was only an eight percent of total annual revenue of RM13 billion that Malaysia Airlines generated for year 2010. The other argument presented by GUAMs included MAS management should not be making a comparison study on the monthly wages between Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia because the salary for MAS workers are the lowest as compared to the two competitors – Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific. And that MAS management shall not take this lowest salary issue as the cause for MAS having suffered frequent losses. Such accusation is merely unreasonable and beyond wrong practice.

The above information indicated Malaysia Airlines had generated a total revenue of RM15,035 billion in year 2008. This was caused by the increased of RM405 million or a growth of 2.8% as compared to the financial growth for year 2007. In year 2009, the revenue generated was RM11,340 billion. This reduction in revenue of RM3,695 billion or -24.6% growth as compare to year 2008 was caused by the axing of several routes.

Rafidah: AirAsia, AirAsia X, MAS collaboration crucial
PETALING JAYA(Bernama): All airlines in the country must be able to face challenges when the Asean open sky policy comes into force in 2015 and therefore, collaboration efforts between AirAsia, AirAsia X and Malaysia Airlines (MAS) is important, said AirAsia X chairman Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz.
“If airlines do not strengthen now, through what ever way, there will be problems. This is why AirAsia and AirAsia X is willing to continue looking at possible collaboration with MAS,” she said on Friday.
She emphasised that the collaboration had nothing to do with the share-swap.
“It is about cutting cost so that we can pass the efficiencies to consumers. We have agreed at the board level to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to continue pursuing this collaboration as long as it does not violate any anti-trust law globally and bring benefits to us,” she told a press conference after the Malaysian National Co-operative Movement (Angkasa)’s 41st celebration.
Following the reversal of the share swap deal, AirAsia, AirAsia X Sdn Bhd and MAS, have entered into a supplemental collaboration agreement (SA) to explore areas of mutual-need to realise savings and boost efficiencies.
The SA would focus on specific areas of collaboration while continue to comply with all relevant anti-trust laws.
Under the SA, the airlines have identified key areas for collaboration, which would result in efficiencies and cost savings, which among others, includes procurement, aircraft component repairs, training initiatives and technical and operational efficiency.
Additionally, the airlines will also continue working to further identify and evaluate opportunities to collaborate on a broad range of areas both at operational and strategic levels.
To push forward with the collaboration initiative, the three parties also signed a MOU to cooperate on two initial areas, joint procurement and aircraft component maintenance, support and repair services.
Out of Touch
Few things must be clarified. Firstly, no one would believe Air Asia would pass off benefit to their consumers.
If they can remit the airport tax due to Government they have collected from consumers, cut our fingers like a deviant Yakuza that Air Asia is concerned for their consumer.
Otherwise, they would not design their process to have passengers wait additional one hour and a half and cancel flights at will.
Secondly, the concern of Air Asia is for cost but MAS’s business emphasis is about raising revenue.
This means that the area of cutting cost on procurement, aircraft component repairs, Engineering and training initiatives is more for Air Asia benefit.
Thirdly, Rafidah is no more a Minister but as Chairperson of Air Asia X, she is under the payroll of Tony F.
Left aside are the questions she raised on the Airline Rationalisation Policy in 2005. She does not act for the interest of the nation but the greedy interest of the slimy Tony F.
Talking about open sky policy and CCF needed to prepare for ASEAN Open Sky policy in 2015, what made the Government, outsider management in MAS, vultures of Air Asia and all those who keep reminding of Open Sky Policy think that people in MAS are not aware of it?
Do they think MAS has not been doing anything about it?
Ponder for a while to those who are overawe with Air Asia and their current boast of growth and claims of unstoppable growth in the future.
Whom will strive in such environment? Full service network airline or point to point LCC?
What is noticeable is that Air Asia felt the effect of MH actions? What the new management did in the last 6 months was to undo all the effort that have been put in place by MAS.
Perhaps, it is Air Asia that is not prepared for Open Sky Policy.
MAS do not need them for all those claimed collaboration. They will be joining the One World Alliance in 2012 and benefit immensely from its various program including:

For Rafidah and all those talking Open Sky Policy, they must be damn out of date and bordering on senility to keep repeating an old story.
Open Sky is an international policy concept that calls for the liberalization of the rules and regulations of the international aviation industry, particularly commercial aviation for a free-market airline industry.
It is basically a bilateral and sometimes multilateral arrangement or agreement between two or more nations.
The United States have been pursuing Open Skies agreements through bilateral agreement since 1979, and by 1982 had signed 23 bilateral air service agreements worldwide.
The first unlimited landing agreement was first signed between the US and Neatherland in 1992.

MAS Unions & Associations submitted memorandum against MAS/AirAsia Collaboration Agreement via Share Swap to Malaysia Prime Minister – Part III
MAS sad story continues; read here for Part I & Part II and this Part III reveals the plot by Tony Fernandez and his cronies ripping-off nine (9) of the flight simulators for training pilots owned by Malaysia Airlines through a Joint Venture-ship with AirAsia and CAE with a new company called MAS Pilot Training Academy.
The memorandum submitted to Malaysia Prime Minister was reporting Tony Fernandez at the time when he was still one of MAS Board of Directors; gave directive to chain the nine (9) flight simulators owned by Malaysia Airlines and three (3) flight simulators that owned by CAE/AirAsia under a Joint Venture company called MAS Pilot Training Academy.
This plot was to take away MAS 100% ownerships and rationalizing AirAsia a FREE ownerships of 40% of shares and giving CAE a 50% of shares and leaving a minuscule of only 10% ownerships for Malaysia Airlines.
Examining in arithmetic picture, Malaysia Airlines that owns 75% of the 12 flight simulators; if the Joint Venture is successful; will only be allocated a 10% of the shares in this Joint Venture with AirAsia. And Air Asia who owns ZERO flight simulators training pilots now would gain “FREE” shares approximately 40% from this Joint Venture with Malaysia Airlines without even investing a cent.
Malaysiaairlinesfamilies believe this is a con-job and in this Joint Venture between Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia; it is only beneficial for AirAsia gaining money-spinning to increase its group’s earnings plotted by Tony Fernandez and his gangsters. We believe this is Air Asia’s scam and lies underhanded Malaysia Airlines via JOINT VENTURE scheme collaborating with AirAsia. Be careful Malaysia Airlines, you know whom you are dealing with? It’s a thief that is collaborating with you and this thief also a looter is Tony Fernandez.
GUAMs condemned the above shows the unfairness by Tony Fernandez and his friends (cronies) who acted as MAS board of directors favoring one-sided for AirAsia. The formula being used as above illustrated “A wise man with swindling strategy”.
GUAMs also specified that if MAS Pilot Training Academy is generating a yearly revenue of RM140 millions, Malaysia Airlines would be apportioned only RM14 million profit per year based on its 10% of shares in this Joint Venture deal. The question is how could Malaysia Airlines, which own 9 simulators will be apportioned with only a 10% (RM14 millions) of its total yearly revenue? In this regard, they believe it is the wrongness imposed on Malaysia Airlines by AirAsia Tony Fernandez and his friends (cronies).
Malaysiaairlinesfamilies comment if the Joint Venture between MAS and AirAsia/CAE materialized, and the 9 flight simulators would give Malaysia Airlines a 75% of ownerships. So MAS should be allocated RM105 millions based on RM140 millions yearly revenue. With Tony Fernandez’s plot to apportion MAS with only a 10% of shares i.e. RM14 million per year from the RM140 millions revenue, this would mean Malaysia Airlines would lose RM91 millions to AirAsia and CAE in this Joint Venture. How could AirAsia be allocated FREE 40% of shares when it doesn’t even own a flight simulator? Even though, CAE has 3 flight simulators, Tony Fernandez and his friends should only apportion it with 25% of shares and not with 50% of shares. And we believe this is another evidence of ripping-off Malaysia Airlines by Tony Fernandez and his friends together with CAE (cronies) to get a free ride with Malaysia Airlines via their influence as MAS board of directors. Their position as MAS board of directors only gave them the ticket to ride Malaysia Airlines.
GUAMs reported that before the Collaboration Agreement with AirAsia, the Peninsular Malaysia has a few airlines such as Malaysia Airlines (Premium Airlines), Firefly (Low Cost Airlines), AirAsia and AirAsiaX (both also Low Cost Airlines). Immediately after the Collaboration with AirAsia and AirAsiaX, Tony Fernandez and his friends (cronines) had ended Firefly’s base at KLIA that was competing with AirAsia in that low cost segment.
And After Firefly’s base at KLIA was terminated, the new management of Malaysia Airlines with Tony Fernandez and Kamarudin Meranun sat in as MAS board of directors who are also the CEOs of AirAsia suddenly had decided to have a new SHORT HAUL airlines breaking Malaysia Airlines into two divisions – LONG HAUL and SHORT HAUL segments.
GUAMs asked the Malaysia Prime Minister – Why is that Firefly’s jet operation has to be terminated when in the first place it was formed by Malaysia Airlines for competing with AirAsia before the Collaboration Agreement with AirAsia?
They believe, the definite answer is that since Firefly’s jet operations at KLIA had eaten into AirAsia’s operation at KLCCT; the best solution for Tony Fernandez in securing AirAsia’s coverage without competition is to end Firefly’s jet operations at KLIA and to form a new company under Malaysia Airlines whilst Tony Fernandez is still the board of directors so to further making sure that the Collaboration Agreement between Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia will inhibit MAS new Short Haul Premium airlines from competing with AirAsia’s short haul low cost segmented markets.
Malaysiaairlinesfamilies recall during Dato’ Seri Idris Jala’s reigning time as MAS CEO/MD, he did lower the airfares for Malaysia Airlines with his 5 star added value strategy competing with AirAsia Low Cost Carrier and we believe it hit AirAsia really badly and finally, ending Firefly’s jet operations at KLIA and later at KLCCT2 planned for 2013 is a piece of evidence illustrating the monopoly marketing strategy adopted by Tony Fernandez.
So watch out AirAsia-Japan, Tony Fernandez will slither gradually into Japan markets controlling Japan Aviation Industry via AirAsia-Japan and again, Tony Fernandez will repeat the same strategy which he has used on Malaysia Airlines during his reigning period controlling Malaysia Airlines as the board of directors for Malaysia Airlines.
Thanks to the Malaysia Prime Ministers for the cancellation of share swap between MAS and AirAsia; and MAS Union for the pressure ridding off Tony Fernandez and Kamarudin Meranun as MAS board of directors via the cancellation of share swap.
The report also elaborated that AirAsiaX had ended its LONG HAUL sectors into United Kingdom and Europe as it was generating losses for group AirAsia. As a low cost carrier, AirAsiaX cannot afford its operation into London and Paris generally because of its overhead and operation costs that easily could bankrupt AirAsia itself. Many low cost carriers had known of this factor that the farther the carrier goes, the higher the cost it will incur to the carrier.

In short, AirAsia has already robbed complete of MAS’s profitable routes via the Collaboration Agreement between Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia that Khazanah designed supposedly is to save Malaysia Airlines. It turned the other way around that Khazanah’s Managing Director is helping Tony Fernandez to steal 22 domestic routes from Malaysia Airlines. So this is evidence of Khazanah helping to SAVING AirAsia by stealing away MAS profitable routes for AirAsia under the CCF.
This is an outstanding evidence of KHAZANAH’s mismanagement and defective judgment. BUT Khazanah continues to employ a defective Managing Director – Azman Mokhtar – picture below.
So Airliners in the world, stay away from Tony Fernandez and his gangsters – the Greatest Con-Men of the year. And Airbus shareholders better be aware when Tony Fernandez is placing another order to complete his first round of 500 aircrafts with Airbus Company so to be eligible in becoming one of your shareholders.

Thank you to Mr. Prime Minister of Malaysia for having called-off the SECRET Share Swap between Khazanah and Tune Air group
Just yesterday, the SECRET share-swap between Khazanah and Tune Air group is finally terminated by the Malaysia Prime Minister Najib Tun Abdul Razak.
We thought today is the day that Malaysians workers are celebrating the Labour Day falls on every 1st of May but here it is the good news that Malaysia Airlines’ workers have been waiting for since the inking of MAS and AirAsia Collaboration Agreement resulted from the SECRET Share-swap between Khazanah and Tune Air Group.
So Malaysia Airlines’ 8 Unions and Associations a.k.a. GUAMs and all MAS workers are celebrating their victory over the cancellation of SECRET Share Swap between MAS golden share-holders – Khazanah and Tune Air Group – AirAsia.
Congratulations Mr. Prime Minister, you have done well serving Malaysia and certainly you have shown your interest at heart for Malaysia Airlines’ workers and your patriotism for developing our country.
Although some of us may feel it may be a little late for the Prime Minister to put things right for Malaysia Airlines but it’s better than nothing being done here for saving Malaysia Airlines from the unscrupulous and dishonest corporate figures a.k.a. The infamous Pirates from AirAsia who are Tony Fernandez and his gangsters.
To the victory of NO SHARE SWAP between Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia, and the Prime Minister of Malaysia who have served whole-heartedly for the people of Malaysia and GUAMs, we say THANK YOU to YOU, YAB Dato’ Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak and the powerful MAS union – you know who you are.
Now, let’s move to our next course that is KICKING OUT TONY FERNANDEZ and HIS GANGSTERS.
The names below must be kicked out from Malaysia Airlines and we plead to Mr. Prime Minister, GUAMs and MAS workers to make sure they are OUTTA Malaysia Airlines for good :
(1) Mohamad Rashdan a.k.a Danny Itchy Dan – Johnny Fernandez
(2) Ahmad Jauhari to be replaced with a better CEO who has bigger balls to roll Malaysia Airlines higher
(3) Tony Fernandez and Kamarudin Meranun – the infamous Pirates from AirAsia shall be terminated from Malaysia Airlines permanently.
(4) All MAS Current board of directors must go OUTTA Malaysia Airlines because they are making decisions favoring on AirAsia’s side.
(5) NUFAM/MAFAA – all crooked MAS Cabin Crew who are leaders for NUFAM and MAFAA who are taking orders and instructions from Tony Fernandez to KILL MAS Cabin Crew must be exterminated for good as they keep causing problems internally and leaking out information to AirAsia’s CEO – Tony Fernandez.
(6) Newcomers who are ex-AirAsia faithful employees – Azahari Bin Mohd Dahlan and Rosman Bin Omar have to go very soon before they cause Malaysia Airlines another BLASTED engines.
(7) Hayati Dato’ Ali – cousin sister of Danny the Nanny who keeps KLIA flooded with contract workers and vendors must go before MAS becomes a place for Vendors to nest.
(8) Roziah – Ahmad Jauhari’s sister must be gone for fairer industrial practice.
(9) Ahmad Badawi as MAS Advisor must be gone from Malaysia Airlines because he’s always on snoozing mode during meetings or else MAS would continue with another 250 years’ contract with LSG’s next generation.
